A gleaming star,
a vast night sky.
No moon in sight,
hidden like my hope.

The clouds covering,
a blanket of pain.
Despair cloaks me,
covering the truth.

The rain,
Heaven's tears.
Choking back my own pain.

Words are daggers,
deadly when used wisely.
Cutting tension,
your heart.

I lay on my blanket of despair,
hiding hope that was never there.
I let my tears flow,
releasing my pain.
His words did hurt,
cutting me deep.

I promised not to let it get to me.
yet here I lay,
Crying in pain.
Choking on my pain,
no longer lying.

I'm not strong like earth,
calm like air.
I don't burn bright like fire,
nor am I scincere like water.
I'm not honest with me,
not embracing my spirit.

Here's all I ask of the great Goddess Nyx.

Give me the stregnth to accept things I can't change,
wisdom to know the difference.
I ask to be a calm slate but not a rock,
So I can care.
I ask to let my inteligence shine bright like fireworks,
yet not to let my head get in the clouds.
I want to be scincere,
not just to other's but to myself.
I ask that you help me embrace my spirit,
and the compassion to accept others.

I'm not perfect,
but I try.
I vow to no longer lie,
if I do let water drown me.
Let Fire brun me to ash,
Air smother me.
May there be no place,
Earth will let my body rest.

Elements:

From the North there is Air,
it gives us life and is with us til the end.
From the East comes Fire,
burning forever inside us.
From the West lays water,
cooling and cleansing.
From the South hails Earth,
supporter and giver since early times.
Finally from the center, the heart Spirit.
Filling us and making us whole.

Nyx:

Night at her finest,
a stunning sight.
The goddess shines,
her light blessing us all.
A breath taking sight,
Nyx's moon.

Dark Daughters and Sons:

Changing fledglings lives,
a promise to Nyx.
Calling on elements,
blessing all.
Authentic to Air,
Faithful to Fire.
Wise for Water,
Empathic for Earth.
To keep us well rounded,
Scincere to Spirit.
This is the vow we take,
hoping to change us and the world.

Fire burning,
close to my eyes.
So comforting,

Fire consumes,
making way for the new.
Maybe it will burn the old me,

Stars shine bright,
the Moon glows internally.

Nyx's guiding light,

Forgoten like a ghost,
I faded to dust.

Lonely in the night,
there is no guiding light for me.

Afraid of the pain,
it hurts so much.
My heart screams in protest,
wanting me to stop hurting myself.

I'm a lonely ghost walking in the night,
waiting for my light.
I try to fight the pain I face,
yet it beats me.

Nightlight,

The goddess of truth,

Day or Night,

I stand in the light,
eyes devoid of life.
Back against the tree,
breathing in and out.
Barely alive,
not close to death.
God forbid,
I actually feel anything.

I stare straight ahead,
cahos and panic surround.
Hair tumbling over me,
not covering my tears.
Cold wind blows,
not freezing my heart.
No one will melt me,
not even the flames that roar.

Silent tears,
hiding pain.
Please try and see it,
not showing through.
Help me fight these demons inside,
the pain in my eyes.
Tear stain cheecks may show it,
my dry eyes hide it.

I need you now,
please don't ever leave.
You are my life,
the reason I won't die.
I stand against the tree,
eyes deviod of life.
Waiting there,
until I know that you will never leave.

a shadowy cloak.
It hides pain,
masking fear.

Born in times of pain,
eyes bearing hope.
No one believe,
this little girl is grown up.
People try to put her down,
telling her that there is no way she will win.
She just laughs,
knowing her fate.
The battle roared,
feirce for days.
Until she gave her final breath,
the city safe.
Her fate was sealed the day she opened hope.

A notebook falls,
only one notices.
It is their's if they wish,
a book of death.
A shinigami comes with it,
making the deal complete.
Make sure to have apples on hand,
no need to make Ryuuk mad.
Don't want life shortened.
Do you?

Regrets fill me,
nearly drowning.
Masking emotions,
not tell you.
You mean alot to me,
don't ever leave.
I need help to face my regrets.
There are too many,
I don't think I can last.
It hurts me deeply,
almost as bad as losing my grandpa.
Please help me face myself.
I need your help,
these regrets on my shoulders,
it feels like the weight of the universe is on them.
It hurts not just me mentally but emotionally.

you say you love me you say you never want to lose me but by the way your acting and the emotions coming from your body language and from the pain in your eyes i can tell that its all a lie you never loved me all you had for me was lust this whole time so when it comes down to it your actions speak louder than your words ever did and so for me ill just sit back and watch you suffer the pain and agony that im gonna put you through because you put me through hell and back so go away and never come back
