So, I wrote this, out of the blue. (x
This is the first time I've written poetry outside of a school assignment.
I can't remember what it's called, but it's similar to something I learned in middle school, but I sort of twisted it.
Yeah, don't be too harsh. Hope you like it. (:

Even though we're far away...
I'll always be here
I'll keep wishing I could help you more
And, I will never forget you
Even though I can't be there...
I will always be waiting to talk to you
Always thinking of you
And hoping you're not hurting
And even though we're far away...
It won't always be that way
I'll see you, someday, somehow
Until then, you'll always be here
In my heart.

Why does this happen to me?
I want to stop crying
I want to be hurt
I want to see my skin broken
Watch the blood flow
I can pretend it helps
I can pretend it's over
Make my heart stop beating
So it will stop breaking apart
I can't stop loving you
But the more I do the more it hurts
I know you'll be happy with them
I know it's them you want and not me
So I'll erase myself
Stop the pain
Shut off my thoughts
I'll dissapear.

Put the words on paper
Try to erase the pain
Wishing it would stop

I can't be what you want

I try to pretend it won't matter
I try to pretend I don't care.

I hope you like them. I was sort of in a...bad...mood when I wrote them. xD

Love can only cause pain

You still used me
You lied, you cheated
So why don't I hate you?
Why do I miss you so much...

What do I do on my own?
You were my light
You left and my world changed
Fading into the night
The dark should comfort me
But it's not, it tears me down
I can't fight back
Theres no point in fighting anymore
Theres no more reason

And then ripped it away...
You dissapeared into the darkness...
You left me hurt, bleeding
And only you can make it stop
But I know that won't happen
So I'll wait to bleed to death...
