The doctor came back in

The doctor came back in.

I kept my eyes closed

"Well tell us the news." I said to him. "You are pergnant." He said to us. I was in shock.

Tears rolled down my cheeks, I didn't want to be pregnant

"Shhhh its ok love" I held her

"No it's not" I said, "My life is ruined"

"Then I guess marrying me would ruin your life too. I thought that us having a child together was amazing, perfect, a great way to start our life together but you dont." I couldnt look at her right now." I walked past the doctor, out the door and to the car.

Tears stung in my eyes again as I looked at him leaving. I went out after him, "That's not what I'm saying" I shouted after him, "I want to marry you, I love you..but I'm 18..only just 18 and having a baby wouldn't let us do anything. We couldn't go off to college or work or go out"

"We could make it work." I said not looking at her. "You kill our baby and I dont think I could ever look at you the same."

"It wouldn't work, you cant go to college with a newborn, it just doesn't happen. " I told him, "If you make me keep this baby I don't think I could look at you the same"

"Then give me the ring back." I held my hand out.

I looked at him, "you're breaking up with me?"

"I cant be with you if you kill our baby and you cant be with me if you keep it. This is what has to happen." Tears were streaming down my face. I lost my baby and my only true love in one day.

He was crying, I was crying. "Fine" I said slipping his mothers ring off my finger and giving it back. "I'm sorry..and I still love you..but.." I stopped, I wasn't going to explain myself to him, I didn't want a child right now..in a few years maybe, but not now.

I took the ring and got into my car and drove home.

I sat on the curb and cried

I packed up all of her things and placed them next to the door. I went to my bed and cried.

I sat there before having that familiar feeling, "no" I muttered clutching my stomach, "No not now..not after that" I said to myself tears falling faster

How could this had happened? I had used a condom everytime. None of them broke....

I rushed inside, the familiar cramps hurting.

"Rose I love you." I whispered

I got my phone.
