P.P.O.V.

I ran over to Rachel’s car when she pulled into the drive. I opened the door for her and she stepped out and gave me a hug. “Hey Paul.” She said.

“Hi Rachel.” I said nervous.

“What are you doing out here? You’re usually in the house when I get home.” She sounded surprised.

“I, um, I kind of have something to ask you.” I said.

“Well, go on, spit it out.” She said.

I swallowed and dropped to my knees on the ground I reached into my back pocket for the ring. “Will you marry me?”

“Of course!” She said. I stood up and put the ring on her finger, when I looked at her there were tears of joy in her eyes and the only thing I could do was hug her, wishing the moment would last forever.

“We should go tell Billy and Jacob,” she said wiping her eyes with her hand.

I helped her wipe her tears. “Well, you just missed Jake, and Billy is at the Clearwater’s so we’ll have to get to that later.”

She couldn’t speak and just hugged me again. I stroked her hair and kissed the top of her head. “I love you, Paul.” She whispered.

“Love you too, Rachel.” I whispered back, happier than I had ever been.

E.P.O.V.

Man, that girl could pedal. I was sprinting now trying to keep up to her. She was going like we were in a triathlon. She finally slowed pulling into a driveway that must be hers. I followed her up into the driveway. “Who are you?” she asked.

“My name is Embry. What’s yours?” I asked.

“My mommy told me not to tell my name to strangers. And not to eat their candy either.” She said matter-of-factly.

“Your mommy is a smart lady. Is your mommy home?” I asked not sure what I was going to say ‘Oh hi, my name is Embry and I’m a were-wolf and I just Imprinted on your daughter. Forever to be her eternal soul mate.’ Yeah, that’d blow over real well.

She nodded her blonde braids flying as she did so, catching the sunlight so they shimmered. She let her bike topple over as she got off walking to her front door. I followed her silently still trying to figure out what I would say.

“Mommy,” the girl said in a sing-songy voice. “There’s a man who wants to talk to you!”

A very professional looking lady came into my view. “What do you need?” she asked bending over to pick up her child.

“Well, you see I’m in a summer program at a daycare.” I began. “And our first project is to become someone’s regular baby-sitter, mother’s helper, or nanny.” I said hoping this would blow over well. “Basically, over the summer we need to baby-sit or in some other way take care of a child for about 18 hours a week or more, and the parent or guardian has to sign off that we have taken care of their child and they are satisfied with our work. You are aloud to get rid of me at any point if I disappoint you, so there are no strings attached.” I said. “Please, you the last house on the 8th neighborhood I’ve been to today and you’re the only one who had a kid the right age. Please.”

“Where do I sign?” she asked.

I grinned. “You don’t have to sign anything, just tell me what days to be here and for how long and all the rules and stuff.” I said.

She explained everything I needed to know, I was only aloud to go out of the neighborhood for an hour each day. I was to work 4 hours everyday except Sunday which I offered anyways. Abby, the girl, is allergic to strawberries so I was supposed to avoid those and I was to report tomorrow at 8 a.m. sharp.

I was so excited, all I’d have to do is forge some sort of hours worked sheet and I was golden for the summer.

i am exited what happens next?

You'll have to wait and see... 'cause even I don't know what's going to happen with Embry yet.

Jared’s P.O.V.

I had been at Kim’s house for a while. We were planning the wedding. Well, she was planning the wedding I was smiling and nodding at her decisions.

“Jared! Jared are you listening?” She asked.

“Huh? What? Yeah.” I said. “What did you say?”

“I asked what color you like better.” She showed me to paint cards for who knows what. They looked identical.

“I like the one of the left.” I said.

“Me too.” She said. “Isn’t wedding planning fun?”

“Uh-huh.” I said.

She went back to talking and I was lost watching her. “Did you hear that!?” She asked concerned.

“No, what?!” I asked.

“Good,” she said relived. “I forgot, I’m not supposed to discuss the dress in front of you.”

“Why not?”

“It’s bad luck of course.” She said like I should know.

“Good thing, we might have had a vampire war had you told me.” I teased.

“Be serious.” She said.

“I am serious.” She hit me with a paint card.

Haha. They're so cute! Love it Namine. Like always of course.

Sam’s P.O.V.

It was getting late; it was at least 10, probably later. Emily yawned and stretched and then curled up next to me again.

“Someone’s tired,” I laughed as I picked her up gently.

She didn’t say anything so I was pretty sure she was out of it. I carried her into our bedroom and tucked her in. I changed into some pajama pants and got in bed next to her.

She stirred “Sam?” she mumbled. “Where am I?”

I laughed because after that she drifted back to sleep.

She stirred again. “I said two boxes.” She mumbled and went back to sleep. I laughed softly.

I had fallen asleep when I was woke by the sound of her waking up.

“I don’t like pickles.” She informed me and went back to sleep.

I feel asleep and if she stirred again I didn’t know about it because I didn’t wake till morning.

Sorry I didn't comment before. I was gone. But I really like how Embry imprinted. And how Emily talks in her sleep sometimes. I LOVE this story. And trust me. I only read like two.

J.P.O.V.

I had crashed on the Cullen’s couch last night and I was now awoken by the smell of breakfast cooking. I rubbed my eyes and sat up trying to remember where I was. I got up and walked into the kitchen. The mom was in there, what’s her name, Esme or Esther or something like that. “Morning Jacob.” She said. “I didn’t expect you up this early.”

“What time is it?” I asked.

“7:30 a.m.” She said. “Nessie isn’t up so you’ll have to wait for her.”

“S’okay I can wait.” I said sitting at the counter. That was the weird thing; they had a fully functional kitchen when none of them ate. “What are you making?”

“Eggs and bacon.” She said. “I hope you don’t mind, it was the only breakfast food we have.”

“That’s great. It’s food and that’s all I need.” I said.

“I’m glad you’re not picky.” She said.

“Hey, food’s food and if you’re offering I’m eating.” I said.

She smiled and turned back to her cooking.

I dozed off for a moment and then heard someone come downstairs. “I have ER duty,” Carlisle said. “See you later.” He kissed E-whatever and stopped to say “Good-bye, Jacob.”

“Bye, doc.” I said, not think he’d care one way or another he was just trying to be polite.

When Carlisle had shut the door Esme turned around to me and pushed a plate over that had what seemed like a package of bacon and a full carton of eggs that had been cooked. “Thanks,” I mumbled before eating even though it was scalding hot.

Around the time I finished Nessie walked in and sat next to me. “Hey, hun.” I said.

“Hi Jacob,” she said leaning against me.

“Did you get enough sleep?” I asked putting my arm around her.

Someone cleared their throat and I turned around to see, you guessed, Edward. “Edward.”

“Jacob.” He returned before turning to Nessie. “Are you hungry, Nessie?” he asked.

“No, daddy.” She said walking over to hug him.

“I hate to leave you Nessie, but it’s best if I get going.” I said.

“Aww, Jake you can’t leave, you only just got here!” She said.

“I know, Nessie, I know.” I said hugging her.

“Promise to come back tomorrow?” She asked looking up at me.

“Come heck or high water.” I promised.

She grinned and kissed my cheek before letting me go.

Aww! That is so Sweet!! Too bad Edward is a bit of a jerk there. How is Jake going to react when he finds out that Rachel is marrying Paul? I don't want the answer. I want to wait to see! Oh, this is VERY good!!

I don't mean for him to be a complete jerk, just not like him. And thanks. Haha, ok. Thanks again.

I know that! But he does seem like a person who doesn't like Jacob to much.
