whats your first impression of Nefert?

my first impression of her was a mother figure and nice i sort of tht something was kind of weird about her but i just ignored it.

i totally agree that is what i thought too.

Having just recently finished Marked for the first time....

My first impression of Neferet was of a replacement mother figure for Zoey, as she lost hers to el diablo People of Faith.

Also as a sort of deus ex machina which operates from the shadows, until Zoey and her friends implement the full spectrum of her elemental affinity, and Neferet shows up at just the right moment to tie up all the loose ends (at least where Aphrodite is concerned).

I was just thinking that this is another lady who is acting nice. But when I read a bit more about her, I had to be a llittlebit disapointed, although, what did I expect?
But my thoughts were soooo certain that she's just an evil b*tch. >.< It's because how she talked to Grandma and so on. Well, acting nice is one of those things what evil ones can do.

She reminded me of someone I used to know who’d smile at everyone but it was all a front. I actually thought my first impression was wrong though because Zoey seemed to like her at the start and because Zoey had shown an aptitude for good instincts I assumed it was just me.

at first i thought she was just like any other teacher with a kind of soft motherly sidde that she showed z but as i read further i found out that she hated humans and i think the only reason of that being is because of her father. hope that wasn't a spoiler

Hated her from moment one, who is, honestly, going to make a great first impression with every one. plus when nyx told zoey to kep quiet i realized there was more to that hateful hag than what she was shown.

i thought she was really nice and just over-looked her darkness.

i thought she was great and kind, a loving mother... turned out i was wrong

i never really thought of her as a mother but i did think she was caring and all that. she's crazy now and ever since she wore that clingy red dress when she was with loren i always think she looks like a slut now

i didn't really mind her in betrayed, even when she erased zoey's memory and everything.

I actually thought she would be like a mother to Zoey. I was seriously wrong.

I didnt trust her since the begining. she was too good to be true.

i didn't really notice at the time she was a bit off, but now i don't know how i could have never seen it.

I started noticing when I was reading Betrayed.
