A Sister's Love [X]

I smiled at him "Sammy has 3 new babies coming sometime soon. She very excited. She does all of this by herself." I heard a loud noise "CARLA!" I ran over and easily went in to help her. I stayed close to her. Winny kept trying to kick me but missed.

I looked at them both "Rose I have to be though....This isn't real."

I looked at sammy. "Sammy this isn't a dream. It's ok. Really."

the wind was knocked out of me.....i couldnt talk.....

i ran over after alice. oh s!it., i thought.....

"Do you want me to pinch you to prove that you are not dreamin?"

I held her up while the foal came over and started to nuzzle against her. "Carla are you ok?"

I shook my head. "No. I don't need to be anymore hurt then I already am." I placed my hand on her knee to steady myself...and possibly her too.

I stayed watching Sammy. I really felt bad for her.

i still couldnt talk...........i was having trouble breathing as it was.....

"We should get her to the hospital...." i told alice


i smiled and put my hand on hers.

I looked at Jake "Call 911 stat!" I tryed to calm down Winny to keep her from kicking anyone else. I wished that Sammy was here.

I smiled back. I really was happy for her. I just didn't know what to think.

I smiled also at Sammy. "How are you feeling?"

I looked at Adam "Actually I'm feeling a lot better."

i took out my cell and called 911. they be here ASAP.

"Do you want to know why jake came to see you?" i asked my sister.

my leg hurt too......

I shook my head "No I was shocked that he even showed up."

I got Winny to calm down after a few mintues. "Jake" I yelled. "Get Carla out of this stall. I don't want Winny kicking her again."

My smile got bigger I know why...

i picked her up carefully and took her out of the stall.

"Okay." i told her.

i felt tears coming from my eyes...

I looked at Rose "Do you know why?"

I watched Jake move Carla and stepped away from Winny. I didn't feel like getting hurt, let alone kicked. The foal was so cute though. I closed the stall and ran over to Carla. "Carla can you talk?"

"I'm glad you are feeling better. Maybe you can go home soon." I smiled

"Your the one that clued me in on why he was here and why he's feeding her horses." i told him.

i shook my head no. but that hurt to do...

i layed her down slowly on a wide bench.

I smiled a little "I'm glad he offered to help and feed them. I'll have to thank him somehow."

I looked her over to make sure there was no cuts or bleeding. Where is that DAM ambulancc I thought. I looked up at Jake "I don't know what to do...."

I hugged Rose closer to me.

i smiled and her and relaxed into Adam.

i herd it and went out to meet them.

i hust so much...

I looked as Rose relaxed in Adam's touch....I was starting to get scared. I've never seen my sister act like this and I wasn't sure what to think about it...."How do you think I can repay Jake?"

I watched Jake leave. I wanted to go but I had to stay. I made sure not to touch her. "You're going to be ok! don't worry!"

I kissed the top of Rose's head. I really did love her.

i smiled as he kissed the top of my head....i...loved..him...back.....

i came back with the EMTS.

i knew alice was talking to me but i felt like i was floating....

I stood back and let the EMTS do their job. I started to cry. Carla was also my friend....I fell down onto my knees and put my head in my hands. I cryed into my hands....."How could I let this happen to Carla! I should have been watching!" I cryed.

I watched Rose kiss him....There was no pulling away......There was no stop......I didn't understand.....I fought back tears. My mind just didn't understand what to do with this. I wanted to be dead. I wanted to wake up. Everything was changing and I couldn't control it anymore. I didn't like this feeling.

I watched Sammy's face go from ok to what looked like she was about to cry. I wasn't sure what to do. I didn't know her that well.

i whispered to Adam "Go out for a min so i can talk to her.....please?"

*passed out*

i held alice...."Shhhh....she'll be ok..."

I nodded "Sure" I smiled I walked out of the room to get me and rose another thing of coffee.

I kept crying. "I not only have one in the hopital but now I have another one on the way!" I cryed harder.

Tears ran down my face. I couldn't hold them in anylonger.

i hugged sammy to me.... i sang softly.

*passed out*

i nodded. "But they are both alive."

I kept crying. I didn't know what else to do "Rose I don't understand!"

I took my time walking

I cryed into Jake "Barelly.....They both almost died!" I stood up but almost fell again. "We need to go back to the hospital. all the horses have grain. they will live without hay for a little bit...." I tryed to walk but fell.

"Stop trying to walk." i scooped her up in my arms.

*passed out*

"I dont either....but i just....feel so happy.....like thee time when we were 8 and we went on a vaction with mom and dad...."

I nodded and let him pick me up. He was so strong......

"I'm happy for you but I just dont understand...Your actually dating?' I kept crying

*walking*

"Yes im going to date him sammy..........and if you let yourself like jake then he will date you too....because he likes you sammy....."

i put her in on the passenger side and buckled her in. then i got in and drove to the hospital.

*passed out.*

"How can I like someone that knows nothing about me? He is cute don't get me wrong but he doesn't like hug me or touch me like any of you guys do." I was scared and you could tell.

I laid the seat back so I could lay down. I felt kind of dizzy.

*walking.*

"Thats what dating is about......getting to know the other person......ill be back,ok? i need a cup of coffee." i got up and walked out into the hall.

i parked and unbuckled.

*passed out*

The nurse came back in with another needle and stuck me with it. I was asleep before my sister came back. I dreamed of Jake We were in a field and everything was perfect. The sun was shinning. My hair had turned to a mixture of light brown and a deep red. We were on a picknick and everything was beautiful. there was a pond and a tree swing. I was laughing and happy. The horses were tied up against the tree to keep them from running away. I smiled in my sleep and mumbled Jake.

I sat up and unbuckled. I got out and walked but I was a little weak in the knees.

I poored me and Rose a cup of coffee. I wonder what she was talking about with her sister.
