HAte the new Erik?

Who of you hate the new way Erik is to Zoey? I think he shouldn't ac tthat way Zoey deserves to be treated nicely. Not called 1 a slut 2 and he trying to be tttttoooo protective at her :>.<:

It doesn't really surprise me, TBH.

Dude's trying to be a loving BF, while competing with 1) a social bond years in the making, 2) a biological bond weeks old, yet stronger already than his connection with Zoey.

Especially since both are with a human which, even without Erik being anti-human, puts MORE pressure on him as a vampyre to be BETTER than Heath in every way.

Guys tend to do a-hole-ish things when they're under this kind of pressure.

i actualy think that he just wants a girl so that he's not alone. i mean he made a pretty fast change from aphrodite to z and then he is way older than her so i don't think he should be dating her. plus he needs to just chill!!!!

lolz ya he needs to just chill but theres also no excuse for how he treated her n acts around her now. its just plan rude!

Not since he`s a jerk and stuff! I like him more because of it!

Question:
If you `slept` with another guy, wouldn`t you expect your guy to be EXTREMLY protective over you to! I mean I HOPE my guy would like me that much to care about me to be overly protective!

guys who dont know how to be in a healthy relationship do a-hole-ish things.

I don't think Erik knows how to act around Z right now. You can totally tell he feels insecure and threatened by Heath because of the Imprinting. I just see that Z is being...well what I would think, a typical girl in high school who can't choose which guy she's most interested in. She just wants to date them all. In fact she kind of suggests that somewhere while she's thinking about Aphrodite. Only she saw Aphrodite as a slut, but herself as just a girl who's confused right now. I'm not saying Erik has a reason to act like a tard to Z, but I understand why. I feel as if Erik may think he's not enough for Z if she's getting caught up with someone else.

I think Erik doesn't know how to act around Zoey because she has so much power and he is intimadated by that. Plus Heath knows more about Zoey than Erik does.

I agree. I think that he's really intimidated by her. Females aren't seen as the stronger sex.

Right. But in this series females dominat the males. Erik needs to get his head on straight and really look at the world he lives in.

I don't think Erik could ever be possessive over Zoey. Despite the fact that she could kick his butt if he even thought about it, but he hasn't showed much of a controlling nature. He's just acting the way anyone would react if they walked in on their partner having sex with someone else!

Yea, I would definitely freak out if i walked in on my husband with someone else. I also do think there's a fine line between protective and possessive.

If I had someone in my life and found them with someone else, I would otally freak out. But if they were tricked I would give them a chance.

Hmmmm I'm not sure if I agree or disagree. I do feel sorry for Zoey about the fact that she was tricked, but at the same time, she shouldn't have gone behind Erik's back. It didn't matter if loren really did love her or not, what she did was wrong.

But hey thats just my opinion, each to their own

I can see your point too but I guess it would depend on if I just liked the person or loved the person.

Yea, I feel sorry for her, but at the same time she knew better. Like if you have to sneak around, then it's obviously wrong.
