i went to go find sandra but just as i was about to text her i saw her around the corner in the garden talking to somebody " hey sandra wait up!"

I looked round, "Hey," I said smiling

i saw the person next to her so i said " this must be tyler? Im iris....have you seen diana she forgot her cell phone in our dorm this morning...."

"She went that way with a guy" I said

" ohhhhh.... " i walked away and went back to my dorm i had to get my sketch pad or a least a peice of paper... cause i see something and i don't really want it to happen.

hmmm well if you can think of a part..... and how you can fit in.... ohh i have an idea ... you can be my new roomate and you meet me at my dorm wondering what im doing ..... please?))

Blinking and walking into the room after exploring the school, I sit down in one of the chairs and tilt my head brushing my hair back behind my shoulders "What's going on?"

i looked up in shock to notice a girl in the chair brushing her hair , so i said " huh?oh what am i doing .... well im drawing what i just saw .... its kinda weird, well its not weird but it shows somebody in a corner crying.... and there is blood every where i just can't tell who it is"i paused to saw " im Iris"

Blinking I bite my lip listening to her then nod looking down then look back at her hearing her introduce herself and grin again "Oh...my name's Leric...I just got here a few hours ago. Sorry, I just walked in like that. I tend to do that sometimes without thinking."

" its ok... are you our new room mate? well you might want to get used to it .... the whole drawing right out of the blue an all its and affinity i have....so merry met and welcome " i chuckled and went back to my drawing , i stared at it and then posted it on my wall of wonder.... ha ha

Smiling I nod quietly then look at the drawing quietly "Looks interesting. Speaking of affinities...I kinda have two of them myself. I have the affinity to sense spirits and also control air around people. It's kinda cool...but then again not so cool. It's kinda how I lost my parents and came to be under Uncle Damien's care before coming here." Shrugging and not wanting to get much into it, I look back at the laptop computer on my desk with a picture of the 'gang' featuring Damien, Jack, Shaunee, Erin, and Stevie Rae with Zoey and Eric in the center "This is my new family now."

Pointing at Damien I grinned "That's my uncle and his boyfriend."

" did you say damien? oh and that is Jack twist.... Im kinda the next Zoey.Its super cool, i can control all the elements, i can sense when someone loves somebody else i can see the future and draw it.... i have my mark filled in and i have marks that go down to my thigh,And i can't beleive you know them.... i have to meet them, well not yet. but its super awesome that your here and i can help you with your affinities... if ya want"

Grinning, I nod quietly then look down biting my lip shrugging "I guess that would be all right. Yeah...Damien's my uncle...my father was his brother. He's totally cool and Jack is super sweet. Zoey is awesome and the twins are so cool. We go shopping constantly. Stevie Rae is pretty cool too."

Deciding not to go into her past too much, she looked down again not knowing what else to say as she started folding and unfolding her hands in her lap.

" wow.... " i went back to my drawings and i drew another picture.... and it was about aomebodys mark... again

after i was done with my little meet and greet i wanted to go to class, just because im a young vampire doesn't mean i don't have to take classes well i could become an art teacher.... i am a pretty good artist...so then i went up to heras office...even though she is my mentor she can be the high preitess at the same time

i knocked on the door

" hera?"
" hello Iris what brings you to my office today?"
" i want to become an art professor at the House of night"
" whys that?"
" well lets see i am a really good artist , im and adult vampire, and i have nothing else to do."
" ... good answer. well how about you start tomorrow."

' yes tomorrow...some students have already signed up to be in your class..."

" its all in your classroom.... hurry now ... make lesson plans my dear"

then i got out of her office and texted diana

Really?I have to go help you be an awseome Prof. Where's your classroom?I want to sign up for it!

I texted ferociously and hurried out of the court yard, stumbeling with rocks and holes.
