Clash Of The Elves (X)

I tilted my head. "oh?" i had a lot of respect for Elron so i sat on one of his chair so he could sit on his bed. "What happened?"

"I saw a helllish war, where Dark elves and Light elves were destroying each other, then I saw you and that very same Dark elf in it."

For some reason I kept from her what her presence did, because it frightened me. Would the war have happened if these two were split up? I don't know, which is why I must take more time to consider it.

I listened to what he said. "And you think us being friends might have something to do with this war?" Some anger rose up in me. I wasn't nice to many people, she was like a sister to me so i was protect of her. I stood up now. not sure to hit him or walk out on him rudely.

Her sudden anger did not surprise me. I drew from within all the power that I had and said, "Calm yourself child for I mean no harm." I could see as she relaxed a little but she was very tense. I needed to show her an ancient rellic that only few knew of and even fewer saw. "Come with me," I said with a seductive power that no one could resist.

I sighed. "I'm sorry..." I looked down and followed him. "and i am not a child." i said almost immaturely. "i am 119" I added.

I chuckled to myself and said, "To me you are but one, but I apologize nonetheless. Jump on to the back of my tiger for it will be a long ride."

As I was about to get onto the back of my tiger I couldn't help but noticing the attractiveness of her face, so smooth and soft. I had to ignore my temptations for now. I whispered softly to my Zen, "Take us to the beginning."
She then shot forward. We rode for hours until we reached a very high peak in a desolate area.

This was actually the first time i had touched him that wasn't in a warrior manner. I loved Zen she was gorgeous and soft. I knew Midnight wouldn't be happy with me for not riding her. As we rode for those hours and fell asleep holding him. I hadn't slept in about 4 days and the ride was smooth and relaxing.

When we finally reached the area I wanted to bring her I looked back and saw that she was sleeping. I turned around and slowly lifted her off and laid her on a soft patch of grass. I then started a fire while whistling an ancient tune that would help her sleep......She was so beautiful. Tears began to fall from my face.

Now there was a reason I hadn't gotten sleep. I was afraid to go to sleep. Every time i had a dream it was a night terror. I was always running. An arrow hit my leg and i fell. Something was chasing me. Something not even elf like, or maybe it was... but worse then any other elf i had met. the night terror always ended the same way to. i would die screaming. Unfortunately, this is how i woke up. Screaming. Not the high pitched girly kinda, but the kind of scream that hurt your throat. I was panting and shaking.

I was sleeping calmly when I heard a death curling scream. Automatically I jumped into warrior mode until I realized it had been Melda screaming from a bad dream. I walked slowly over to her, she looked very distressed. I slowly rose my hand to her face and caressed her face and said, "Is everything ok my mistress?"

I looked at him and nodded. The touch of his hand on my face felt warm. "Yes." Then what he said flowed through my head more clearly. "Mistress? what?" I looked at him. Trying to take the focus off that i was still shaking and sweating a bit.

I felt helpless not being able to help her in someway. He question did not surprise me for it was not like me to call any one that, so I replied, "I'm sorry It just came out, I feel like such a child around you. I can't understand this feeling that has been growing in my heart."

I blushed. I knew what he was talking about, but it wasn't like this was an everyday thing. I wiped the sweat from m forehead and looked around. "where are we and how long have i been asleep for?" I asked. I thought he wasn't wanting to talk to me much about how i made him feel.

I was glad that the conversation had changed because I didn't know how I would handle it if I had been turned away.

"You have been asleep for about eight hours. You must have been tired. It gave me time to think."

I nodded. "I was tired. I have been dreaming like this for some time. I haven't wanted to sleep." I stated starting to get up. I bent over and picked up my katana and tied it around my waist. I was still blushing. "Thank you. For carrying me off of Zen..." I didn't look at him. "Think about what?"

"Your welcome I had time to think about a lot of things. I thought about the vision, and I thought about.......you." I was embarrassed to say it but it was true.

I paused and looked at him. "me? Elron, did i do something wrong to make you upset? If it's about Ara i am not going to give up my friendship with her. Don'-" I shut myself up. Taking a breath. "Did i do something wrong?"

Just listening to her ramble on how about how she thought I was upset with her made me smile. When she finally stopped I answered, "You did nothing wrong, and I'm not upset with you. Before I go on with what I was going to say I need to explain somethings. I call this place the Beginning because this place was where I was enlightened 120 years ago. I did not need to bring you hear to tell you what I know but I. It wasn't until I actually brought you hear that I did know. I love you Melda and I have since they day you were born. I'm sorry to push this on you and I understand if you would like to leave. No matter your choice does not change my heart felt feelings for you."

I blinked. Taking in the words he was saying. love? Not even my own parents, who died, said that to me. I just stared at him. Not moving, barely breathing, and really blushing.

Even though she did not speak I continued talking, "I can't even begin to speak of all the times I wanted to tell you, but I knew the right time would present itself. You are only 119 years old but know exactly a year from my enlightenment you were born. When I saw you it was like everything that held me where I was got cut lose, and that you a mere baby at the time held my soul in place."

I was blushing and smiling at the same time. And the more he spoke at all seemed to make sense. He and i were always close in some ways or another. I looked at him. Still speechless.

She still didn't say anything, not know what to do I went to the other side of the camp site and sat down. I decide that space was what she needed right now and if she decided well she would come to me.

I followed him and still without a word stared at him. He wasn't going to do it. He was to polite for that. But me, well, i wasn't. I kissed him on the lips not braking the kiss i mumbled "I love you too."

I walked back to dark country with the now asleep Andea on my hip. She was still so tiny. I walked right past Drizz't and didn't bother to look at him.
