Hunters Become The Hunted

I flew dwon as it closed and shifted

"Why did you do that Scar!"

"Yeah! What the hell were you thinking?!" I shouted

I put my head in between my knees. "What's the point?" I asked. "We don't do anything. I don't do anything all day. I don't want to be 16 forever. I wanted to go to college. Go to prom. Kill my 200th vampire" I muttered. "Now, I just want to die." I said, my voice thick.

"Scar, you can still do all those thing, you can still kill vampires, just not us, adn you can go to colege"

"He's right Scar. You can still do all of those things." I said softly.

I looked up at him. "I am still a sixteen year old girl, Owen. I never finished high school. And if I killed other Vampire's wouldn't I be betraying our kind. I mean, that would be like if a hunter started killing other hunters. Not right."

"Scar, were different, weve never killed a human on purpose, and I mean, its not that hard to get a high school equivilancy test"

I rolled my eyes. "Whatever. You made your point. Just take me home." I said, defeated.

I looked at Owen

"You bring her back" I shifyed "now let me out, Im claustrophobic"

I laughed and kissed him on the cheek "Alright, alright" I said and opened a hole for him to get out.
I started clearing a tunnel "Come on Scar, lets go home. Blair is probably going crazy with worrying." I said

I nodded and followed Bell's

I flew out and back to the cabin, then went inside

"Dont worry Blair we cdaught her, now go get some sleep, its a big day tommorow" I smiled at hi,

I opened up the tunnel right at the front door and dashed inside, with Scar behind me. I closed the tunnel. "Well I am ttiirreedd! Come on, Blair off to bed"I said kissing him on the cheek and then turned of to go take a shower.

I closed the door behind Scar and gave her an angry look

I sighed as I walked into the house, feeling the warm air sooth my blacken skin, peal, burnt skin. "Sorry" I said "Didn't mean to add that little stupid drama on your birthday honey" I said to Blair. I kissed him on the cheek and walked off to the shower in my room.

"Good night Birthday Boy" I said to Blair then walked off in the direction Scar walked off to. "Scarlet." I said angrily. The door shut to our room and the yelling began.

Me and Blair both went to bed and then to sleep

*Time skip* I woke up justa sa the sun went down adn went to Blairs room

"HEy Blair, come on, weve got to do this before Scar wakes up

He woke up "Okay" He bared then side of his neck

I sank my teeth in and let go then watched the wound quickly heal, he fell to the ground screaming

I eye's snapped open the instant I heard a pair of sharp teeth sink into flesh. I bolted out of bed heading for the door, but before I knew it Kevin was there guarding the door.
"Let me through! I have to go save him!" I yelled

"Scarlet. No. He made his decision. He is not a little boy any more. Let it be done." I reasoned.

"No!" I exclaimed and punched him in the face breaking his nose and trying to get past him, but he didn't bulge. "Ugh!" I leaned into his chest and sobbed.

I put my arms around her and held her.

My eye's opened at the sound of screaming. Blair I thought. I padded down the hall way and into Blair's room. "Good Morning Owen" I said and kissed him. I then sat on the floor and rubbed Blair's back as he went through the change.

"Morning" I watched him slowly stand up and look into the mirror

"Awesome, what do you guys think I can do?"

"Well, maybe your like us try" I watched as he concentrated and he shifted into a large fiery bird

"He has hte same powers as both of us put together" I laughed as he turned back to normasl

"Come on Blair" I morphed my wings

"WEre going hunting" I pushed open the window and we jumped out, his wings ablaze, we flew out and alnded in a deer filled meadown adn fed, when we got back we stood the and waited, we shgifted and wlaked downstiars

"You cna let scar go!"

"Ill go talk to her, come on Bliar" We walked into the room adn sat on the bed

"Hey SCar"

I looked up from my laptop. I winced when I saw Blair and looked away from him and at Owen
"Hello" I said in a soft tone.

I sighed and put both hand over my face. I opened up my fingers slightly so I could see out of them, then closed them again. ".....You look.. handsome.. like always.. and flawless... and like a Vampire." I grumbled then put my hands down and looked at him fully

"Oh adn looked at this" He wraooed his arms around his chest adn shifted into a large fiery bidman

"AH!" I shouted and covered my face with my hands again. "Awesome. Very Awesome, honey, but turn it off. Turn it off. Take baby steps. Baby steps." I muffled, and slightly smiled

HE turned back to normal and grinned

I uncovered my face and smiled at him "Oh, before I forget.. I am enrolling into you High School." I said in a after thought.

"Ok....., why?"
