i put my hands in his. the other things he brought were still on the ground.

I smiled and helped pull her up. "Before you can walk you have to learn how to stand," I told her.

"Stand?"

I nodded. "When you can hold yourself up on your feet," I said. "Your standing right now."

i tried moving my feet..my hands left his and i tried walking......i fell once again

I smiled and knelt by her. "You ok?" I asked her.

"I will be better when i can walk. i want to see everything that i can..."

I smiled. "And I'll help you see it," I said. "Try standing on your own now."

i did as he said....my knees started wobbling a little.

I smiled. "Thats it," I said. "Now see if you can stand for a minute or so."

"Ok..." i said softly.

I counted the second and watched her legs. "Ok now try standing on one foot."

i picked one foot up and imediately fall into his arms.

I held her up. "You ok?" I asked as I helped to set her on her feet again.

i nodded...."ill be ok soon..."

"What do you mean by that?" I asked her.

"I think i twisted my ankel..."

I frowned. "Sit," I said helping her to sit down.

"Its fine....ill be healed in a few minutes...."

I frowned. "Right now you are human. Not mermaid," I told her as I looked at her ankle. "Looks like your right."

my ankel was throbbing....."What do you mean?"

"I mean it takes weeks for humans to heal from a twisted ankle," I said. "If it takes mermaids days to heal from something like this right now you seem pretty human to me."

"What are those articals od clothing on the gorn called?" i asked him to distract myself.

I looked at them. "It's a bikini," I said. "I brought it because my mom wouldn't have clothes that would fit you and I can't go shopping for women's panties. So I brought you a swim suit." I know it was stupid.
