I glanced down at the menu and picked out the first things I saw.

I smiled. "You know I was planning on pretending to drop a spoon and kneel to propose," I told her honestly.

I chuckled. "But I already asked you today," I said. "Would you still like me to do it?"

I smiled and forked a piece of lettuce and tomato.

i put my fork down when i was done.......i guess being pregnant made you hungry...
