I tilted my head to the side. "Uhm, but my wings are stuck. I can't make them go away. They like, grew there. It started before I was marked but I never understood what it was" I said.

i stopped and turn to see Owen,"hey."

"Look, about earlier, when you ran out of the theatre, there was somehting I was trying to ask you"

I walked out of there and saw Owen and Rylie, but didn't walk up to them. I walked in the opposite dirction and climbed up a wall and on to a roof. I looked down. It was pretty far down to the ground. Well, what better way is it to learn how to fly, than not throw yourself of a roof? I took a step forward and dropped down like a rock.

I nodded,"okay what was it?'I asked.

The ground was coming toward me fast. How the h*ll do you fly?? I snapped my wings out and pushed them up and down. They catched the air and I was flying. I shouted in joy and flew around in the sky.

"I know!" I shouted into the air. I flew around and landed on a roof.

"Well, I didn't really understand it. I just thought I was a freak. I mean, I always wanted to fly, but when wings start growing on your back, you kinda freak out" I said and shrugged. "But then I thought that I should try and fly and...."

"Cool" I smiled. "Is air and spirit your only affinities or do you have more?" I asked.
