"I'm oblivious to what?" I asked him, he talked llike he knew stuff.

"Well then we will make him like you." I said with a little laugh. "Some guys just need a push in the right direction."

"Please, why would he like me when your around?" I said.

I shook my head, "Maybe you should pay a little less attention to Summer so you can finally see someone else."

"Because I don't want him." I told her honestly.

"What are you talking about? Wait better question who are you talking about?"

"You'll need to figure that out on your own," I said.

"But he wants you," I corrected.

"So guys opinions can be changed. And besides I want Buddy." I told her matter of factly.

I was going to ask Summer at lunch. I never listened to him anyway.

I shook my head at him.

"Then why don't you go for it? We both know Buddy likes you."

"I know but Jimmy and him have been best friends forever and I dont want to break up that friendship, so when Jimmy goes out with you I will go out with Buddy."

"Dude, your gonna have to stop doing that. I feel like a puppy that has done wrong or something." I laughed. Trying to lighten the mood.

I laughed, "Sorry man."

I sighed, "AKA, never."

"Don't think like that, it is going to happen." I tried to reassure her. "That is why this weekend is all on me."

We walked to our lockers, "Was there something different about Malory this morning?"

"Uh, no not really, why?"

I laughed, "Is this some sort of make-over thing cause I so thought I didn't look that bad."

"I was just wondering." I said trying to play it off.

"Aww, you look great, we are just going to make you look fantastic." I said with my I-got-this look.

"No you weren't. Man you suck at lying," I said.

I laughed, "Should I be scared?"

"Maybe a little." I laughed.

"What are you talking about? I'm a good liar...Sh!t." I knew I had just given myself away.

I grinned, "My point has been made for me. Now, why were you really asking?"

I laughed and said, "Oh jeez."

"I don't know. There was just something about her today that jumped out at me."

We were walking around the school waiting for the first bell to ring.

I heard the first bell ring. "Well, I should probably get to class. See you later," I said.

I grinned, "We'll finish this conversation later. I don't want to be late," I said.

"Bye." I had first class with Buddy, It was the highlight of my day.

I heade to class hoping soon Buddy wouldnt remember.

I walked to class and took a seat in the back.

"Hi." I said smiling at him.

"Hey," I said, grinning back.

"Okay so this weekend I am taking Malory out shopping. And we are going to see what Jimmy thinks on Monday when she comes to school it is going tobe perfect." I said smiling triumphantly.

"Just a warning, Jimmy's gonna ask you to go to the movies with him," I said.

"Did you tell him I would say no?"

"Yep, not that he listens to me though."

"Well he should. Becuase I had to tell the same thing to Malory I don't want Jimmy." I said looking at him sideways
