I felt fire help my foot. "Thank you." I said to both Owen and the element.

"YOUr welcome" I wlaked out of the woods adn inside then layed her down on the couch

I pulled my knees to me, My foot was a little sore from the after affect but it would go away.

"Want anything?" I asked her

"No thank you." I said and layed my chin on my knees.

I sat down on the chair at the end of the couch

I layed back and watched him.

I ilfcked ont he tv adn tossed th remote to her

I flipped throught the channels and the house of night was on the news. "Look at this." I said and turned up the volume

"THe local house of night has been attacked, it started aroound midnight lasrt night with the main hall bursting into flames"

"Oh. My. Goddess." Was all I said starring at the television.

I nodded

"I told you somehtin was coming"

"What does this have to do with the bird guy, you saw in you dream?"

I watched as they showed a video, a shape flew in front of the camera and then the screen went out, I rewound the clip and watched it in slow motion, a bird/man creature flew in front of the camera

"Well, I guess that explains it." I said feeling dumb.

"Pretty much"

I stopped laughing and tried to think of what we should do. "We could probably go back." I said

"From the house of night?" I asked, a little nervous that they would be apart of the conpiracy that was happening at the house of night.

I nodded and stood up, walking to the kitchen to get a drink.
