i bit my lip. i would so love to go to the movies with him or have him wrap his arms around me. man. i really did like him. i picked up my fork and started eating. thinking about How john was going to ask me out on another date.

"Oh okay thanks. Have I introduced myself? If I haven't I'm Amber" I said.

"Troy" I told her, "What's your gift?" I asked, "Unless you consider it a curse" I added

I made a face. "It's definatly a curse. Telekinesis. What's yours?"

"I control darkness" I said, "Like the shadows" I added making them move across to engulf the entire area with darkness.

I looked around. "That's cool. Is it hard?" I asked softly, watching the shadows move and change shape.

"Not anymore"I told her, "I can make them do just about anything" I made them move in patterns across the ground

I looked at the shadows. "That's so cool. I wish I had a cool gift too" I smiled.

I watched the shadows move and looked at the girl. " Are you kidding me? I wish i could move things without having to get up to get them. Instead i was given the ultimate killing curse." i made a face.

"Hey" I said, "Without light things die...that's just as much a curse"

I sighed. " At least you don't have to worry about killing your best friend when you get mad at each other." my emotion was down to a minimum.

I looked at her, "However when I get angry I lose control..and losing control lets them do what they want.. Which could end up killing someone"

" Well arn't we all just a mass of destruction." i threw my hands up in the air with a sigh. I was starting to get frustrated with my power.

I frowned feeling frustrated, "Calm down" I told her

I took in a deep breath. " Sorry." i bit my lip and soon the frustration was replaced with the normal calm.

"See" I Said, "Easy"

I smirked. " Only easy when i'm with you, everyone else and it takes an eternity." i shut my mouth quickly after realizing what i just said.

I smiled, "Well" I said, "I'm glad you find me calming" I told her

I blushed and shut my mouth tight then as i tried to control my emotion.

I smiled softly, "It's ok" I said, "I like you too" I blushed...
