The thing is, Steph meyer did. But in my opinion, The books weren't great to begin with. IMO.

i think that the series should be made into a movie, but like others have said, the directors will chage things around and it wont be the house of night anymore. it will be someone's opinion of the way it should be, not how it actually is.

also, if they keep the same director throughout the entire movie, eg they have one director for marked and a different one for betrayed, then it would be good.

if they use one director for marked and then they use a different one for betrayed, it might not be the same. like in twilight, if they kept the same director as they did in twilight throughout the entire movie series, then, in my opinion, it would have turned out better.

my point is that it could get confusing if the casts kept getting different directors for the movies because all of the directors would have their own opinion and then a bunch of things wont be the same in all of the movies.

so if they keep the same director, then, in my opinion, the movies would be awsome.
