Chapter 1
how did I get my self into this? Was my first thoughts when I woke up in a dark room. There weren't any lights which was good the past day gave me a huge headache. Just sitting up caused pain to go through my body in a short but painful jolt. The past day had started normal like most other days I woke up and went to school except I didn't end up at school. I was walking down the street when I saw that girl. She wasn't that hot looked like one of those girls who stay to them self's the shy type. But she was running from what I had no idea.” hey you” I said to the girl who just noticed I was there. “ please help” was all she said just as a wolf came from the alley that she ran out of. “*edit your post and this will go away*” I said grabbing the girl and running I made sure she was ahead of me. I didn't get that far before the wolf caught my leg. “crap” I said falling. The girl looked at me and just ran good thing better that she didn't see me die. But the wolf didn't do anything to me all it did was look at me and say “stupid human do you know what you cost me”. Alittle shocked well a lot but I wasn't gonna show it now “no I don't know why don't you tell me” I said. “follow me you've already seen too much for a human” the wolf said. It started to walk back into the alley. “ do I have to make you” the wolf said. “no you don't” I said starting to follow the wolf. “ok human what you saw was a vampyre girl me i'm a well what you would call a werewolf” the wolf said. “wait that *edit your post and this will go away* doesn't exist” I said. “ oh but it does and because you know about it your gonna have to die” the wolf said walking toward me I was backed into the end of the alley there isn't anywhere I can go to escape the werewolf. “get ready to die” the wolf said jumping at me. But just then something stopped it. My eyes must be *edit your post and this will go away* up because I see the vampyre girl holding the werewolf by its jaws. “ get out of here while I can stop it” the vampyre girl said. “wait why are you stopping it from killing me” I asked forgetting the danger of the werewolf. “ you saved me so I owe you just think of this as me paying you back” she said. “ alright where even” I said. “now get out of here and fast get somewhere safe” she said. I did what she said I took off from the alley running. As I was running trying to figure out what just happened in my head. Ok so vampires and werewolfs are real what else is real that I thought wasn't I don't know but now I do. Instead of running away like I should have I went back to the alley to see the girl she was on the ground the werewolf scratching at her with its claws. Not taking the time to think rationally I picked up the first thing I could find a metal bar. I ran into the alley and swung at the werewolf I hit it and it flew a few feet. The girl sat up and looked at me ignoring the werewolf that was coming back. “what are you doing here I told you to run” she said. “ I actually don't know but seems like its good that I came back” I said. The werewolf came and jumping at me I swung again I swear I could hear the crack of bones on the impact of the hit. I mean i'm not athletic not in any way but I guess its that one thing that when people are in danger it must have kicked in now. “ you don't know what your getting yourself into” the vampyre girl said. “ I know I don't but i'm in it now so its to late to go back” I said. “true” the vampyre girl said. “well i'm Nick” I said putting an arm out. “ I'm Zoe” she said shaking my hand. “just one thing your not going to kill me like he was” I said pointing towards the werewolf that was knocked out a few feet away. “well thats up to the council i'm not sure what they will say about you for one you can see us which is rare for a human and two you saved me twice when you could have ignored me and let me die” Zoe said. “ok well if I die at least I saved someone” I said. Like I hadn't said anything Zoe said “well lets go I have to take you to the council”. “alright” was all I said as I started to follow her through the midday sun light.
The walk to the council wasn't that long but I could tell Zoe was trying to stall like she knew something bad was going to happen. When we finally reached the council Zoe stopped. “ok where here go through this door” she said gesturing toward a big wooden door on a tall brick building. “well see ya” I said walking in. so thats what happened and now i'm here waiting for the council. “hey is anyone there” I said into the darkness. “Nick so your here” said a voice from the darkness. “not exactly what I was expecting” said another voice. “but unique” said what I guessed to the third and final member of the council. “well i'm me” I said trying to focus on the dark shapes in the dark. “oh lets not be rude to a guest” one of the voices said. “yes turn some lights on” said another voice. Some lights illuminated the shapes to show 3 vampires 2 guys 1 girl. “well we know your name so we should tell you ares its the least we can do for someone who would risk there life to save one of us” Said the who I guessed to be the leader. “i'm Kevin thats Shawn and the other is Yuri” Kevin said. “ well its nice to meet you guys I guess” I said. “same to you” Shawn said. “not to be rude but what are you going to do with me” I asked. “hmm getting strait to business I like that” said Kevin. “well we can't let you live your life knowing about us” said Shawn. “yeah” said Yuri. “so your going to kill me” I said not avoiding it like I would before any of this happened. “not at all” said Kevin. “then what” I asked. “well thats up to you die or you could become a vampyre we don't usually do this but your a special case” Kevin said. “yeah like I said before Unique” said Yuri. “becoming a vampyre would that mean giving up my old life” I asked. “it would” Kevin said. “if I say yes could I have one day to get things strait I have friends and a girlfriend that I would have to make things so they wont worry” I said. “ok but your going to have to have and escort the person wouldn't have to be seen but just we don't want you to be a flight risk” Kevin said. “ alright well can the escort at least be Zoe” I asked. “ sure since you saved her and she saved you I guess that would make your trust her more than any other vampyre we could send with you” Kevin said. “thank you” I said. “think nothing of it just get back before dawn tomorrow” Kevin said. “ Alright” I said walking from the room. As I left the room I saw Zoe sitting on a wall that I hadn't noticed before. She jumped down and walked up to me. “so how did it go” she asked. “well I can either die or chose to be a vampyre and I get one day to get my life strait and you get to come with me as a escort so I won't run” I said. “sounds fun” she said. “thats what you think I have to break up with my girlfriend and make up and explanation on why I will be gone forever” I said. “oh yeah that” she said looking away from me into the now setting sun. you know for somethings thats always there I never noticed the beautiful sun the different colors of red in the clouds.
“so where to first”Zoe said as we where walking down a street that I just noticed led to my school. “what time is it” I asked checking my pocket for my cellphone which wasn't there. “about 11 Am” Zoe said looking at her cellphone. “alright then school I guess I have till dawn tomorrow to get back to the council” I said. “alright with me I'm just along for the ride” Zoe said with a chuckle. It didn't take long to get to school from where we was at. But once there I said “ hey Zoe um what are we going to do about you I mean your not exactly a student here” looking at her wondering if she already thought of this. “well there are things you don't know about the hidden world for one its hidden only from humans but its everywhere we can seem as if not there for regular humans in some cases like you some humans can see us but in this case I don't think I will be noticed at all unless I want to.” Zoe said. “ok cool” I said. So first I had to get into school I was like hours late you know. As I walked in I herd the secretary say “hey kid your late”. “ yeah I know” I said. The Secretary was old and you could tell it she had gray hair and other features that would obviously tell you that she was old. “ you know this will be going on your record” the secretary said looking at me with the kind of look old people give to teens when they think something is up. “ yeah I know” I said then just walked in to the actual main part of the school well high school I was in 10th grade but since my life is going to change I guess that means I was and I wont be anymore. “so Zoe how long have you been a vampyre” I asked looking at her you know for a average height girl she didn't look that old I mean maybe 15 but knowing that shes a vampyre and some of the stereotypes that go with vampires she could be way older than she looked. “well actually not that long maybe a few months or a year who knows really time just isn't that much of a worry for me anymore” Zoe said this time looking at me at first you wouldn't notice that her eyes where a light blue I mean really really light almost white but enough blue to make them have some color. “hey what are you looking at” Zoe said catching me by surprised. “uh nothing” I said laughing. “whatever lets just do what has to be done and go” Zoe said now looking away as if what I said was slap to the face. For the rest of the walk to what I guessed to now be lunch well it would be lunch as soon as the bell rang and dismissed class. Just as we rounded the corner I saw her my girlfriend she was flirting with another guy. As if picking up on what I saw Zoe looked at me “thats her isn't it” Zoe said. “sadly yes” I said a little anger coming up. “we can go if you want” Zoe said looking a little empathetic. “no I have to do this now before ya know” I said not looking at Zoe but at my girlfriend. “alright just remember ...” was all I herd as I walked away from Zoe. I headed strait to my girlfriend and who I now saw was Dan Lanferd the quarterback of the football team. “hey remember me” I said as my girlfriend noticed I was there. “oh its you” she said. “hey Nick why don't ya just give it up shes with me now” Dan said cutting off what I was about to stay. “why don't you just keep out of something that doesn't involve you” I said. “why don't you make me” Dan said now standing up before he was leaning on a locker but now he seemed pissed. *edit your post and this will go away* he actually wanted to fight me. I haven't actually been in a fight before well the werewolf thing wasn't a fight really. Even more a crowd formed around us as if they expected the fight. “come on you afraid you can talk big but can't back it up can you” Dan said. Looking around I could see Zoe she was watching from way back was that a smile on her face. Dan caught me by surprise he swung a fist at me but missed. “ come on fight me that was a warm up next time I wont miss” he said taking another swing at me this time it connected knocking me off the ground. “*edit your post and this will go away*” I said under my breath I barley had time to stand up before he took another swing at me. This time I dodged it and swung at him a few hits connected and he was knocked into the lockers now pissed he came at me as if to tackle me but I side stepped out of the way and he fell to the ground. “ that all you got” I said. He got up and came at me again this time I close-lined him and he fell obviously passed out. Now I looked at my girlfriend and said “just so ya know where through” and walked away.
Chapter 2
after the scene with my ex and Dan I left school with Zoe. We headed to the park I guess its where I go when things go this crappy. “so why are we here” Zoe asked. “i just come here when things are crappy” I said looking out at the lake in the middle of the park. “ I can see why its beautiful here I've never seen this place but I've lived here all my life” she said looking at the sun set. It was an amazing site to look at and it always made me forget all the crap in my life. There was unspoken words between me and Zoe. Breaking the calm silence I said “lets go forget fixing everything I just want to get it over with”. “ alright” Zoe said getting up.
It was dark by the time we left the park. Probably 6 or 7 Pm. The city at night wasn't really a change from the day. Thats New york for ya. We came up to an alley that had a huge wall. When Zoe said “ok Nick you have to follow me as a fast and careful as I go”. “alright” I said getting up close to the wall. “i mean it” Zoe said as she started climbing up the wall. I followed exactly as she did and once on the other side she said “good no one caught us”. “ wait what do you mean no one caught us” I asked looking at her she had a worried look on her face. “the werewolfs they could have caught us just then” Zoe said. “lucky that didn't happen” I said and just then a voice came from no where and said “your not that lucky” and a werewolf jumped from atop a building into the alley. “ stay back” Zoe said standing between me and the werewolf. “that won't help” said a werewolf that jumped behind me and Zoe. “*edit your post and this will go away*” Zoe said. I did the first thing that came to mind not taking the time to think it over. I still had the pole from earlier(i had hidden it when I went to school) I pulled it from my backpack and swung at the werewolf that was jumping at me the one that snuck up on me and Zoe. Just like earlier I hit it and it flew against the wall now. “*edit your post and this will go away*” Zoe screamed the other werewolf was on her clawing at her ripping flesh off bone and all that. She was to far for me to run to her so I thew the pole at the werewolf. “come and get me” I said and surely the werewolf came for me. I took off running surprisingly I was faster than the werewolf but it was following my tail. “ I have to get it off me or something could happen to Zoe. Not exactly thinking of where I was going I ran into an abandoned construction site werewolf right after me. “*edit your post and this will go away*” I said noticing there was no where to go. “ end of the line” the werewolf said jumping at me I didn't have anything to protect me so it was clawing at me I could hear my flesh ripping off In shreds the pain was so horrible I blacked out.
Was I dead? Because I could swear I felt no pain. As if the werewolf wasn't shredding me apart. Then I herd the poem.
When the time comes
the chosen one will rise
to stop the wars
between night and day
though the chosen one may not know
and it may be to late
as if by luck I woke up from the strange dream. “was that just a dream” I asked no one in particular. “don't worry everything will be alright” my mom said. Wait where am I? “ where am i” I asked. “your home this guy found you all messed up a few days ago you've been out all this time you gave us a scare” she said now I noticed my dad was there to. “son where you doing out of school” he asked. “ I don't remember” I said. It wasn't a lie but I did remember some of what happened and something tells me I shouldn't say anything about it. “well all that matters is that your ok” my mom said. I looked around I was in my room my arms ached I tried to lift them and pain shot through my body. “*edit your post and this will go away*” I said aloud forgetting my parents where in the room. “ oh sorry” I said quickly. They didn't say anything. “we'll let you rest for awhile” they said leaving the room.
Chapter 3
the past days memories hit me. *edit your post and this will go away* I was suppose to be back by dawn that day. They must be pissed. Oh no Zoe what happened to her? I cant just sit here and not know. I got up ignoring the pain. There is no way my parents will let me leave not in the shape i'm in. I knew that for a fact. So I had to sneak out good thing I have a spare to my car out side under one of the plants. I got up walking to the window. Using what strength I had left I lifted the window and slides out and climbed down the fire escape conveniently placed outside my window. I hadn't thought the spare key would ever come in handy because my parents didn't really care where I went with my car. But lucky I still keep it under the plant and even more lucky that it was still there. I had to push my car a little so it would slide down the hill then I could start it. How I was doing all that I was with two badly cut arms I would never know. But once I started my car I need to go to the council and explain what happened if Zoe hadn't already explained. I just hope shes ok. Wait why am I doing this? I could just ignore it and live my life as if that day hadn't happened well except my now ex girlfriend thing. No I couldn't do that no I wouldn't. So I drove it took about 30 minutes to get there once there I got out of my car and walked into the room where I talked with the council before. “anyone here”i asked. “Nick your back” Said Kevin. “yeah I am is Zoe ok” I asked forgetting everything else. “well if it wasn't for you she would be dead” Kevin said. “so shes alright” I said I knew there was worry in my voice but I didn't care about that right now. “ she will be” he said walking out of the shadows exposing his face it had a big scar across it. “so you don't look that good yourself” he said no hint of anything in his voice. “i feel worse than I look but I could care less about how I am” I said. “no I mean no human could do that” he said. “what do you mean” I asked. “ I mean you weren't a human at all” he said. “wait so that means” I said. “yes that means your a vampyre yourself it explains the abnormal strength and why you saw what happened and even why you have the feelings towards Zoe that you do” he said. “wait who said I had feelings for Zoe I just thought something might have happened cause last I saw of her she was laying on the ground after a werewolf attacked her” I said there was amusement in his eyes. “if thats what you say then alright” he said. “ so I really am a vampyre” I asked. “ well there is one test that will make it obvious if you are” he said walking away. “ hey whats the test” I asked. “ if your a vampyre you will kill this” he said pointing at a my ex. Wait my ex what is she doing here. “ wait what” I said. “kill this human and you will know if your a vampyre or not” he said. I looked at her she was knocked out fear obvious on her face. “ you cant ask me to do that” I said. “ why cant i” he said. “i cant just kill my ex or any human at that” I said man he was looking pissed now. “either kill her or I will kill you” Kevin said I looked from Kevin to bel she was awake and just herd what Kevin said to do. “well the thing I must do is obvious” I said with out looking at Bel. “and what is that” Kevin asked. “ kill me” I said shocking him i'm for sure. “so you would chose this humans life over your own” Kevin asked. “no I would chose not killing a innocent human over my life” I said. “even when that human could have gotten you killed” Kevin said. “i know what happened yesterday the only reason those werewolfs found you and Zoe was because of her” he said pointing at Bel. I looked at Bel and she looked at me. “ is he telling the truth Bel” I asked. She didn't answer but I could tell something was wrong. Like she couldn't talk or wouldn't. Like she was afraid of something. “what did you do to her” I said looking at Kevin . He wasn't looking at me when he talked. “i have done nothing to this human because it wasn't me who she endangered but ask her what happened after the werewolf attacked you” he said. “Bel what is he talking about” I asked looking at her. She looked away from me. “well that vampyre girl was attacked badly hurt” Bel said in a sad voice as if she was truly sorry. “now you see that human isn't innocent “ Kevin said looking at me. “even so I know from the look on her face that she didn't mean for what happened” I said meeting Kevin's eyes. “sorry or not something must be done” Kevin said. “and something will be if anything else happens” I said. “what do you mean” Kevin said looking at me questioningly. “if she causes anymore trouble for you then you can take my life” I said. “still you put your life on the line for her” he said looking from me to Bel. The next thing I said shocked me more than it probably shocked everyone else in the room. “Isn't there some sort of thing that can bind my life to her” I asked looking directly at Kevin. “hmm” he said. “what” I asked he didn't looked phased at all by what I said before. “well the thing is” Kevin said looking directly at me a thing I hadn't noticed before his face has a big scar running down it from the top left to the bottom right. He must have been talking to me when I herd “so you get why it is complicated”. “huh” I said feeling stupid for not listening.
Chapter 4
“as I said before there is a way but it would involve both the human and vampire to both want it” Kevin said I can tell that he doesn't like to repeat himself just by the way he looked at me now. Before I said anything I looked at Bel. I could tell that she was terrified but also calm she was laying back against the wall where she had been probably for longer than I had noticed. Bel had long brown-black hair and green eyes at first look you wouldn't probably notice it.
What Kevin said next got my attention. “what is it with you and not listening” he said. “ oh sorry” I said looking at Kevin now. “ok I will repeat what I just said for you to and her (he gestured at Bel) to imprint its give and take” he said this time softening the way he looked at me. “wait what do you mean” I asked. “well you have to drink a certain amount of her blood the amount is unknown but it depends on something between the human and the vampire something unexplainable to anyone but the human and vampire” he said. Instead of looking at Kevin I looked at Bel this time. “Bel”i asked. She didn't answer. “hey Kevin could you give us some time” I asked. “sure” he said walking out of the room. “Bel now that where alone why did you cheat on me” I asked looking directly in her eyes. “i saw you with that vampire girl” she said. “wait you mean Zoe” I said. “yes I thought you was cheating on me” she said. “i wasn't I was trying to stop....” I said but she cut me off “i know that vampire guy told me”. “Bel I wouldn't ever think of cheating on you we've known each other for along time” I said noticing I was moving closer to where Bel was at. “ I know I was stupid to think you would” she said standing up filling the gap between me and her. “Bel I don't want anything to happen to you and if you know is the only way then.. ...”i said she cut me off again saying “i know and I wont stop you because I love you”. She rested against me I don't know if it was my new vampire instincts or something else. But when she rested against me I could feel her pulse. Something uncontrollable took over something smelled very good it was a different smell. “*edit your post and this will go away*” Bel said I noticed that her left arm was cut like down the side probably not that deep but still must have stung. Before I could say anything she said “drink it”. “huh” I said looking her in the eyes. “if this is how to imprint then drink my blood” she said and I could tell she meant it. Instead of speaking I just looked at her. She didn't say anything either all she did was move her arm up to my face. Before I could stop myself I started to lick her arm where it was cut blood started to gush after I first licked her arm the blood was warm and indescribable it was so good I couldn't stop drinking it but I did look at Bel it was having an affect on her. She was breathing hard head back in what seemed to be pleasure. I finally pulled away from her arm I noticed I was breathing hard as well. “oh I forgot to tell you a vampire drinking the blood from a human feel like sex to both the human and the vamp it has something to do with DNA strand being activated during the drinking of the blood” Kevin said walking through the door that he had went through. “that explains it” Bel said looking at me something different but the same about her. “i guess so” I said not really paying attention. “so for you two it wasn't much to cause an imprint” said Yuri who had just walked into the room. “how could you tell” I asked. “well its pretty obvious to vampires when a human is imprinted I bet even Kevin here could tell” she said looking at Kevin. “yeah but a normal imprint isn't like that” he said. “yeah its what you would call stronger” Yuri said walking more into the dim light I noticed she had short red auburn hair man whats with all the vampires I have seen being so young or at least looked it.
And again my horrible listening skill kicked in. I hadn't herd what was said. “huh” I said. “well Bel here just said the imprint might be stronger because its between two people who love each other” Yuri said looking at Bel smiling. “and I said that sounds correct” Kevin said . “not to sound rude but now what” I asked. “well Bel goes home” Kevin said. “ and you stay” Yuri said. “don't worry you will know when she is in trouble” said Shawn out of nowhere him and Zoe walked into the room Zoe looked like she did the other day nothing wrong with her but something was something she wasn't let be shown to everyone else. “i can't just stay here and let her walk home by her self” I said. “she won't be walking home alone” Zoe said. “ Zoey here said she would take Bel home so you could rest because everyone here can see your doing really bad with those gashes in your arms and on you chest and back” Kevin said. He was right I was feeling horrible. “and anyways you wouldn't be much protection to her in your condition” Yuri said and she was right I can feel myself about to crash right now. “alright well I'll show you your room” Shawn said he was so far the vampire I know the least about I mean Zoe I met her that day I also met Kevin and Yuri that day well I met Shawn but he didn't talk much then. “you coming” Shawn said looking at me briefly then walking out a door I hadn't noticed before. “yeah i'm coming” I said following Shawn I could tell that Shawn wasn't a serious person by the tone of his voice. “hey can I ask you something” I asked. “yeah sure” he said. “what all do you know about imprints” I asked the question had been in my mind but with Bel leaving I forgot but now I was wondering and Shawn was the only vampire with me I mean Kevin and Yuri when't somewhere and Zoe left with Bel. “well what do you want to know about imprints” he said looking back at me curious to why I was asking. “well since I am imprinted with Bel I just thought I should know more about imprints” I said. “well an imprint is a bond between a human and a vampire it can also be between a human and a werewolf but thats different thing totally” he said. “ but anyway between a human and a vampire the imprint can be different like a imprint based on how to two are how you would say iniment another could be based on the minds of the two thats all I know about imprints” he said looking back at me. “well thanks” I said. “no problem well where at your room its not the best but yeah its all we got” he said. the room wasn't small but it wasn't what you would call big I mean it had enough room for a bed a small table beside the bed and a dresser sort of thing. “oh I forgot you didn't bring any close with you did you” he asked. “nope didn't think that far ahead” I said. “well you can borrow these” he said handing me some close a plain white shirt and some jeans. “thanks” I said. “no problem also the shower is down the hall on the left I would take one if I was you” he said laughing as he walked out of the room the opposite way he told me to go to get to the bathroom. So this would be my room. It wasn't that bad I mean my room at home wasn't bad either but at least here I won't be barged in on I mean I can tell they like to stay to them self's. One thing just popped into my head I hadn't seen other vampires I need to rember to ask one of them about that. Well only thing to do know is to get that shower and sleep. The hall wasn't that wide maybe wide enough for 2 people to walk side by side there were doors on either side. But I just stared strait till I got to the end of the hall and walked into the bathroom. It was a good enough size I mean for a bathroom. The only thing I thought was oh please let there be hot water because I really hate cold showers but. I closed the door and walked over to the mirror. I looked bad I mean my face was cut up. My body ached from how much I was pushing myself to not show it to anyone else which didn't work out. I had to slide of my jeans and boxers carefully as not to scrape the already cuts on my legs and my shirt wasn't that hard to take off I mean I just had on long scrape across my chest. The shower wasn't long but it felt great except the stinging from the water. After I took the shower I got into the close Shawn had given me only a few moments ago. I went back to my room but something told me to look around some so listening to my newly found instincts I walked past my room back the way I had come with Shawn. The door at the end of the hall wasn't fully closed. So I could see the light as it came through. I peeked around the door not enough to be seen just enough to see. What I saw shocked me.
Chapter 5
in the area I had just been less than one hour ago was a werewolf. “for the last time vampire do you want to end up like the others” said the werewolf. Others? What does he mean by others. “no I don't” Said Kevin. “then don't get in my way again I almost had her” the werewolf said. Her? “ I didn't get in your way” Kevin said. “well keep that new guy of yours out of my way or else” the werewolf said. New guy so that means me. He was after Zoe. That means I by saving Zoe's life got in the way of him. Why was he after Zoe in the first place. Then it hit me a gut rencing feeling something was wrong not with me but with Bel with Zoe something. “right now thanks to thank girl who is imprinted with that new guy I have some guys to go fetch her” said the werewolf. That what it is. “the human with her will surfer the same fate when the time comes” said the werewolf then he walked out of the room. “*edit your post and this will go away* thing can't get any worse can they” Kevin said I guess he didn't know I was there. “what was he talking about” I said walking into the room. Kevin who looked surprised looked at me. “so you herd it didn't you” he said. “yes so you better tell me” I said. “its along story” said Shawn who came up from behind me. “then tell me a short version of it” I said. “as you know vampires and werewolfs don't like each other a rivalry if you will” Kevin started to say. “ but at one point the werewolfs got the upper hand and killed off most of us” said Shawn. “so how many are left” I asked. “from what we know me, Shawn, Yuri, Zoe, and You” said Kevin. “ so thats why he when't after Zoe” I said. “yes but he didn't know you was a vampire also” Shawn said. “which in turn made it harder with you trying to save her” said Kevin. “how long do we have till he can kill her” I asked. “well your human he can kill at any point but Zoe he can't until the next full moon which is Friday night which is in two days there is not good but there is nothing we can do” said Kevin. “you mean alone there is nothing we can do” I said. “ no where not going to try that” said Kevin. “i will with or without you” I said. “ Nick you don't know what your getting your self into” said Shawn. “i know I don't but I imprinted with Bel for one reason to protect her and I will die before I let her die” I said. “i say we help Zoe is one of us she shouldn't die” said Yuri who walked in. “Yuri you know as well as we do what will happen if we tried that” said Kevin. “but we have something that we didn't have then” said Yuri. “you mean” said Shawn “yes don't say you haven't noticed” said Yuri. “noticed what” I asked. “you” they all said. “what about me” I asked. “look at yourself”said Yuri. “what all these scrapes” I said. “yes from what I was told those werewolfs ripped you apart very horribly and yet hours later there just scrapes” she said.
I hadn't thought of it that way. “even so we have no way of fighting of so many” said Kevin. “what takes down a werewolf” I asked “well that would be silver bullets but I don't think its wise to try that” said Kevin. “well thing is I know some people” I said and I did an old friend owned me a favor. “wait what” Kevin said. “well an old friend owns me a favor that friend is the leader of a gang so they most likely have silver bullets and guns” I said. “oh no no no where not getting involved with more humans” Kevin said. “i think Nick here might be on to something” Yuri said. “also like I said before or even if I haven't said it I'm not just going to sit back and let it happen” I said. “Nick you don't know what I do what we do” Kevin said. “then tell me because otherwise i'm going” I said I didn't mean I would actually leave but it added the affect that I probably needed for him to actually tell me. “the last time we tried to fight back it just made things worse we lost more” Kevin said. “Kevin from what I know you don't have much left if that isn't enough to fight back then I don't know what would be” I said. No one said anything after that just silence. “ok Nick we will fight back but were going to need that help from your old friend” Kevin said. “i say we wait till tomorrow I mean we all need the rest” Yuri said. “i agree to that” Shawn said. “ok agreed we should get some rest” I said. After that everyone when't to their room. That gut rencing feeling was still there but I just got to hope that Bel won't be hurt till I can save her and same for Zoe. When I got to my room I plopped down on the bed and instantly passed out.
Chapter 6
the next thing I rember “hey get up” Shawn said. “alright whats the rush” I said having forgot about last night. “we have to go to that friend of yours” he said. “oh yeah right” I said getting up. I stood up “so wheres Kevin and Yuri” I asked. “there in the main area” Shawn said. “alright” I said heading down the hall. I knew once I started what I was going to do today I wouldn't be able to stop or go back on it. And I was ok with that because I would rather die than do nothing when Bel is in trouble. “you ready to go” Kevin said he looked grimly I mean with all that has happened I could understand why. “yeah” I said. The trip to my friend wouldn't be that long mostly because Aaron and his gang's hideout wasn't far from here I knew that because of the trip here and the trip from here I had noticed exactly where I was. So once we finally got there. “so this is it” Shawn said sounding as if he wasn't surprised. “yeah this is it whats it to you” Aaron said walking up to us. “nothing to me” Shawn said. “Anyway Aaron I came because I need a favor” I said. “ whats the favor” Aaron asked I could see he wanted to get to the point. “well me and my friends need you and your gangs help with something” I said. “well normally I wouldn't but since its you just tell me what you need help with and I will get my gang to help with it” he said finally closing the space between where he was at before and me and the others. “well to tell you I would need you to not tell anyone other than your gang”i said. “alright I won't and neither would anyone in the gang” he said looking at me questioningly.
