I let him pull me too him and i rested my head on his shoulder, loving the way i felt when i was close to him.

I haven't felt this happy in a long time." I told her.

I smiled. "Either have i." i looked up at him. For once following my feelings was ending up okay.

I rested my head on her shoulder and looked through the woods.

I sat there leaning my head on his head. Not too far away i could hear someones footsteps in the woods. A human. I clenched my jaw shut as i tried to stay put.

I tightened my arms around her waist. "Its okay. Breath through your mouth."

I couldn't, i could smell blood, it was intoxicating. I pressed myself into Roman as i tried my best to stay where i was.

"I got you." I said "You wont get away."

I wriggled in his arms trying to get free. I couldn't help it.

"No." I said "You need to fight it.""

"Roman i can't" i said, but not meaning to. My vision blurred red as i wiggled in his arms.

I smiled and held her tight. " YOu can."

I pushed against his chest as i tried harder to get out of his arms.

"You need to fight this." I told her holding her tight

I clenched my jaw shut and looked at him. I shut my eyes and opened them to see my vision cleared. "I'm okay." i said in a shaky voice.

"I'm not going to let go til he is gone."

I sighed, going limp in his arms. "If he's out here injured maybe he wants to..." i stopped and shut my mouth.

I heard the human. "He is perfectly safe."

I sighed. "The only way i'm going to stop thinking about the fact that there is a human less than 100 yards away, is if i'm distracted." i said with a heavier sigh and leaned my head on his shoulder.

I looked at her. "What kind of distraction?"

"Any distraction." i said. "otherwise i will find a way out of your arms." i said as i looked in the direction of the human.

I turned her head and kissed her.

I kissed him back easily forgetting what was going on.

I smiled and turned her around in my lap

I wrapped my arms around his neck, smiling on his lips.
