Alex walked out of the cemetery to see who he had been looking for and someone who was uninvited to this reunion. "Beiya," i said with a gruffy tone. "you weren't running away from me were you?"

I looked from Roman to Alex, panic running through my eyes.

I looked at the guy. "Who are you?"

I stood behind Roman only peeking out from behind him.

Alex looked away from Beiya and looked at the other vampire, and grinned. "I believe i should be asking that question."

"I am her her future husband."

Shocked i turned my attention towards Roman. I wasn't expecting that. "Roman." i said as a mere whisper.

Alex didn't let the shock faze over his face. He just stared blankly at him. "And what makes you think that you can provide that role for her?"

"It is not a thinking thing. I know. She is going to be my wife."

"Beiya," Alex said looking towards her. "he'll hurt you just like the others did, come with me." he extended his hand out towards her.

I stared at him but only pressed myself closer to Roman.

"I would never hurt her. And she is going no where with you."

I tugged at Romans arm trying to pull him away. Being around Alex wasn't helping me at the moment.

Alex hissed under his breath. His eyes flashed red.

"Look i think it is best you leave." I said

"I'll be around Beiya." Alex said and turned to walk calmly away. He couldn't believe it, how did he get her? He couldn't understand and it angered him.

I kept pulling on Romans arm.

I turned around who was that?"

"Not here." i shook my head and began walking back towards the house. I clenched my jaw shut.

I nodded and followed her.

I couldn't believe it, I should have remembered, but lately i didn't want to think about anything or anyone but Roman. But how could i forget that Alex always came back. I picked up my pace, anxious to be in the safety of walls.

I raved after her. "Wait."

I didn't slow down until i came into the yard. I slowed my pace and looked at Roman.

"Baby whats wrong?" I asked her

"He's whats wrong!" i said with a slight hiss as i opened the front door.

"who is he?" I asked

I shut the door after him and sunk into the closest seat i could find."He's the one that turned me into a monster." i muttered.

I walked over to her and kneeled down infront of her.

I found it hard to look him in the eye, but i did. "Did you really mean what you said?" i asked.

"About what?" I asked

"Me being your future wife." i said looking at him, though i knew i was changing the subject.
