I walk up to the officer's door and knocked on it hoping she would let em in, i knew i looked bad my mascara was running dwon my face.

I got up and opened the door, "Hey, are you okay?"I asked, puilling her in and shutting the door.

"Hi, i don't think i'm ok Lacey said to come see you till she got here" I sat down in the chair and hugged my middle.

I sat dwon across fom her in my chair, "What happened?" I asked, grabing tissues and handing them to her.

I took the tissues"well you know that they figured out that the killer is female and has killed mostly pregant woman right, well i had a dr. apt today after wards and i am pregnant so i'm really scared plus i just got a phone call my dad died back home" i blew into the tissue.

Well, they said like when the women are showiing... you don't look like it... I can put a security detail in you,"

"No i'm not showing yet, but i will and if they dont find her before then i could be a victim you could give me my own security guard" i ask her as i snifle and wipe at my wet eyes.

I nodded, "Your a potential vicitim, i can assign you one,"

I nodded my head "Ok that might make me feel better" I looked around her office "So you like being a cop" i ask her.

I nodded, "Its okay... I mean, the images are nasty and all... but... It pays nice."

I nod my head " yeah i exadently saw a pic yesterday if you remember, it was like seeing my friend Lilli all over again, you know Lacey's sister" I shiver at being cold.

"Sherlcok right?"

"Yeah that's right, sorry i forget you cops use last name" i kind of laugh at myself.

"No, I just don't know her first name."

"oh well yeah her name is Lacey, that guy cop she is with is Dylan but i don't know anything else about the cops here"

I nodded, "Know who dylan is. I'm Jysse

"It's nice to meet you, you may have to keep Lacey going when i eventualy go back home" the thought of going home made me cry again.

i nodded, "Okay, tell me about you and her then," i said, "where do you have to go home to... your just in this citty for a visit... right?"

"yeah i'm just in the city for a visit, but i don't know how long i'm here for i was only suppost to be here a couple days, now with my dad dead i really don't have a home to go to" i look at ehr "and as for Lac and me we ahve bben best friedns since we were 3 years old Lilli, Lacey and i were 3 peas nin a pod we did everything together"

I nodded, "Okay, well, I'll be honest. I don't really have any experience with best freinds so i really have no idea what you'd like me to do..."

"just keep her from doughting herself and cutting herself off form other people" i remarked sadly

I nodded, "ALright then I can do that,"
