Maxxie phased back into wolf form and grabbed Ebony's bag. He stuck his head between her legs and slid on his back before running off again.

Maxxie kept running until he was sure he was about 50 miles from home. He stopped and found a perfect little spot. It was full of trees so plenty of rain cover. He phased into human form and slumped down by a tree. He was panting and holding his wound.

"Honey, it looks bad . We need to do something" I said worriedly and rubbing his arm

"Maybe it's not healing because it's packed." He undoes the cloth and pulls out of the kitchen roll from the hole. "I'll have to leave it like that and we'll see what happens. It's okay. We're staying here for tonight."

I looked at his wound worriedly, it was supposed to heal fastly, I nodded

Maxxie pulled Ebony into arms. "I'll be fine." He gently kissed her neck.

"If we keep moving, we'll be away from this doomed place soon. We'll be happy, together. And only us." Maxxie closed his eyes and leaned down, resting his forehead against her skull. He breathed in the scent of her hair and smiled. He felt so relaxed around Ebony. Something he'd never feel around Lilli or anyone else.

Maxxie frowned at the last part of her sentence. "Maybe scratch that last part." He sighed. "If I try to mate with you... you'll die. It's because you're human. We could adopt?" He suggested.

Lexie watched over Matt as he slept and was happy to do it, but she missed her brother and wished he would open his mind and talk to her. she sighed and laid down next to Matt Waiting for tay to come.

Maxxie closed his eyes and rested with Ebony tight in his arms. He dreamt about their perfect future together.

Lexie closed her eyes not sleeping just resting and thought of Maxxie Maxxie i know you are angry with me and the pack but i do so love you and i always will you are my only family, i know you are with Ebony and i'm sure you don't want to come back but i hope you two are happy i just wish you wouldn't shut me out she sighed and started to cry.

Maxxie grunted in his sleep due to it being penetrated by Lexie's thoughts. "Go away" He mumbled to himself.

Maxxie woke up, disturbed by Lexie's thoughts in his head. Leave me alone, there's a reason I ran away, Lexie! You stay with your stupid pack, go play happy families with Matt. Be his Alpha female. Don't worry about your brother who was rightfully Alpha. I bet you don't even care for me anymore. You just want to be Alpha female. Blah blah blah. You're not even my sister because if you were, you might actually give a damn for my feelings.

dont you dare say i dont care about your feelings i have been there for you ever since mom and dad died and i supported you with Ebony and defended you to Lilli and to Matt as well you think it's easy to love someone and hate the things they do at the same time it is not easy none of us have an easy life and i only wanted to be female alpha to change the pack to the way it should be and get the elder=s out of here and Matt knows how to do that he has great ideas as Alpha and you do to but you are to scared to face the elders or even your own little sisster who loves you so much.
