Katherine is one of the oldest vampires in the world, and she loves the power. She is beautiful, therefore has an amazing life being invincible to both humans and every other species, obviously she believes she runs the small town of Mistfell. She plays with boys like they're running out. You already can guess she's overly full of herself, money is just a toy; and so is the mere life of a human, nobody ever gets in her way. But when a new vampire comes to town, one who is as chaotic and devilish as Katherine, they automatically click in all ways; there's a problem though, only one can be the most chaotic in this town.

Kathrine threw the now empty body of another boy on the floor, smirking to herself and licking her lips; this was the 4th tonight, they just kept coming like flies and honey. She got into her mustang and revved the engine, driving away and back to her mansion. When she walked in she put her keys down and walked upstairs to the bathroom, she suddenly felt another presence, a non-human one, close by. She smirked to herself, if they threatened her they were sure in for a fight.

Alex's truck roared as he drove, into the small town. A place he had never been to before in all his years. He had hoped when he planned this trip that no others inhabited this and claimed it as there territory. But a line formed on his lips when he felt that he would not be the only one here. Yet he would have to deal with it. He had wanted to come here for a long time and wasn't going to let just anyone stop him.

She looked out the window into the darkness, like she could see who was coming. Katherine sent a small yet very powerful surge of energy as warning to this newcomer, she walked away from the window and asked a maid to begin a bubble bath, she walked downstairs to the kitchen and picked up a large, leather book that looked centuries old. It was a family heirloom that she would protect with her life, she walked gracefully back up the stairs, waiting for something to answer her.

Alex parked the truck in the lot of the condo he had rented to himself and got out before stopping for a moment as he felt the energy not too far away. He breathed in. And smirked to himself as he sent a peaceful energy back. He was not up for a fight. He just needed a new home for awhile. He grabbed his bags from the back of the truck and headed up into the building.

When Katherine felt the energy come back she let out a smooth breath of air, closing her eyes. She relaxed and looked out the window beside her, she was suddenly was very curious as to who exactly this person was. That's what the mornings were for, no doubt she would go looking tomorrow morning. She looked up to the clock and blinked when the clock said 5:06AM, she didn't realize she was out that long; well, less of a wait!

He headed into the large room and put his things in the bedroom. He stared out the window and looked around. It was a small town but it had a lot to offer. The beauty of it for one thing. He leaned against the window seal. As he debated whether to go out or not.

She stepped out and wrapped a fluffy towel around her, she wasn't tired and defiantly didn't need anymore blood. But the breeze was light outside, she could go for a run. But she didn't feel like it, maybe she could sit and watch the sun come up. Katherine walked into her closet and threw on a pair of jeans, a black top and a leather jacket, walking downstairs and grabbing a pair of random heels sitting there, she grabbed her keys and walked to her car.

Alex headed onto the balcony and stared out at the small town. He could see the ghetto parts from the rich parts. He was closer to the richer area. He swiftly leaped from the balcony landing on his feet, smoothly stuffing his hands in his pockets and walking down the sidewalk.

Katherine stepped into her car and revved the engine, loving the sound of it. She rolled down her window and started to drive in the direction of the small beach, she had to drive down to the city part and then take a detour, she kept driving down the road, driving with one hand while tapping on the side of her car with the other.

Alex headed in the direction of the breeze that was coming from the beach. It felt good. He walked calmly, seeming human to anyone who would pass him. He wondered when or if he would ever meet the other that inhabited this area.

She pulled up to the beach and parked her car away from the sand, she didn't need it all over her shiny new toy. She got out and closed the door, her heels clicking against the pavement until she got to the sand, she bent down and took them off, walking in the still-warm sand around the beach, she saw the small glitter of the sun and watched it reflect off the water. She was off guard right now.

Alex reached the sand of the beach and took off his shoes, leaving them there not caring what happened to him. He saw someone not to far. His eyebrow raised as he stared at her. As the wind blew he sensed that she was not human.

She sighed and walked to the water a little bit, pushing back her hair and holding it there while she continued to watch the water, it was very calming. For someone like Katherine calming wasn't really always on the schedule, might as well treasure it while it's there.

She heard the softest footsteps behind her, she slowly looked back; seeing another person. She could tell he wasn't human, Katherine crossed her arms and smiled, walking along the water, she hoped he would come over to her.

She stopped and slowly turned to face him, her eyebrow raised and a smirk came across her face when she saw he was pretty attractive. "Well hello." She said, her melodic voice ringing with the wind, she stepped towards him slowly.

She held out her hand. "Katerina, but call me Katherine." she silently wondered to herself if he knew his history and would recognize her name. She smiled at him, the more she looked at him the more attractive he became. "Welcome to MistFell. Alex" Katherine said his name sweetly, but coated with slight seduction, she was a vampire; it was her nature.
