Ironic (1x1)

I got home and sat in the car for a few minutes before gettin out and heading inside.

I sat there in anticipation. I knew he was hear i rushed to tthe door and opened it "We have to talk." i said

i jumped back a bit startled. "Oh uh, yeah we do."

I pulled him inside. I walked to the kitchen and sat down.

I stared at her for a few moments before taking a seat at the table.

"I have to tell you something."

"I have to tell you something to, but uh, you go first." i said trying to get more time to think about what i was going to say.

"i'm pregnant." I said

I stared at her in pure shock, speechless, nothing to say, that was the last thing i was expecting. "wha....what?"

My eyes widened. Everything was turned around now. I just stared at her for a long time.

I looked up at him. "Say something." I said. I could take the silence. I wanted him to be happy like I was."

"I really don't know what to say." i said honestly.

I place my hands on my stomach. "What did you have to say?" I asked him.

"Uh," i looked around the room. "Nothing it wasn't as important as that." i said, i couldn't find it in my heart to end it.

I smiled at him. "I found out when i was away. Thats why I'm back"

I tried my best to put on a smile. "Thats great hun." i said.

I smiled "So your not mad?" I asked

I shook my hair with my hand. "Why would i be mad? Thats great news." i said and forced myself to smile.

I smiled "I was so scared to tell you. I didn't know if you wanted a child or not so I was hoping last night we could talk but you were so hell bent on going out I waited."

"I, uh, i'm sorry." i gave her a smile, "i am excited."

I smiled "Me too."

I got up to hug her. I didn't know what i was going to do.

I smiled and held onto him. I was so happy.

I held onto her as i thought about what i was going to do. i couldn't just leave her.
