Kayla Robinson

Zoey's best friend in Marked, before Zoey was Marked and went to the House of Night. When Zoey gets Marked, Kayla freaks out. The next time they see each other is when Kayla and Heath try to break Zoey out of the House of Night, some unfriendly words were exchanged, so now they despise each other. Kayla tries to steal Zoey's on-again, off-again boyfriend, Heath, after Heath and Kayla had some sort of brief fling at some party, and then tries again after Zoey is gone. Therefore becoming Zoey's ex-best friend. She also starts hanging around with a new group of kids which are known as the b*tch squad. She does not get Heath in the end either, since Heath goes back to Zoey and becomes her human 'consort'.
