Ben gave a short chuckle and picked them up,"Thanks Leya..."he stood up and pulled on his boxers and pants,stuffing the panties in his jeans he tugged his shirt on before grabbing his phone and calling his girlfriend.

While he was on the phone she grabbed a piece of paper and wrote him a note saying : Turns out my PR company is representing yours starting next month. Looks like I'm taking a trip to Cali in a couple weeks. See you then. Xo -Leya and slipped out of his hotel room.

Ben lied about how he had to take a business call that's why he blew her off as he watched Leya go,sighing he muttered,"Sorry babes I have to go talk to you later,"he hung up,looking around he spotted a note and read it.Smirking he sighed,"See ya then Leya."

Three weeks went by and she didn't hear or speak to Ben the entire time, she didn't dream about him either, in fact.. She didn't dream at all. When she arrived at bens company the following day she got there, she was wearing a fitted dark red dress that was sexier than her other business clothes. It's her first meeting with this company and she wanted to be very.. Persuasive. She wore black heels and her hair half up and half Down. She was 5 minutes early so she could set up her presentation and get settled. She placed papers on each seat at the long table and looked through her notes.

Ben was dressed in a dark navy blue suite his hair was wild,he ran a hand through his hair as he walked in already stressed out from the day he started to mutter stuff as he sat down,his partner,Marissa started to laugh at him."Ben calm down ... it's one meeting then you can go,"she said resting a hand on his upper arm."Yeah go and get the rest of my stuff.."he muttered,"damn women.."he growled and leaned back not noticing Cataleya standing at the front of the room.

Cataleya began her speech once everyone sat down. She explained how she would benefit their business and get them more money, blah blah.. The usual BS. I met everyone's eye, but Bens. She couldn't concentrate when she looked and him, she just drifted off into some crazy daydream, so she avoided eye contact with him as much as possible.

Ben was a bit suprised to see and hear Leya's voice but then he remembered the note,watching her he noticed how she didn't look at him.Frowning slightly he kept listening as he played with his pen.

She ignored the stares of some of the men, even though she really wanted to slap them across their faces. Once she sat down a guy next to her leaned in and whispered something profound in her ear while he placed a hand on her knee. In one quick motion she flicked her hand and purple sparks shot from her fingertips to his hand, burning it. No Human would have noticed the sparks dancing around her fingers, but Ben was of a different race entirely. She just hoped he hadn't been paying attention. The guy jerked his hand back and sat back in his chair with an angry look on his face.

Ben was watching a low growl escaped his lips as he watched the man touch her but no one could hear it,watching still he noticed something purple come from Cataleya's hand before the man pulled away.Looking away he frowned slightly wondring what the h3ll that was.

Once the meeting was over she stood and started collecting her things as people walked out.

Ben stayed till everyone was gone,"You're not human,"he said as he stood,stalking towards her.

She laughed at him "just because I give great presentations doesn't mean im an alien Ben" she says playing dumb.

Ben growled softly,"I saw what you did to the man's hand Leya don't play dumb with me!"he stood infront of her,"you're not human!"he grabbed his wrists,"what are you?"

"Ben you're clearly delirious, " she looks him up and down "go home and sleep, you look like sh!t" she said through gritted teeth as she yanked her wrist from his grasp.

Ben laughed,"I'm not delirous Leya you're just a liar,"he backed away,"I bet you're a witch,"he gathered his papers,"a witch that played with my feelings.. made me believe that I loved you..he looked her in the eye,"I bet this was all a lie.All this... even you."

She chuckled and grabbed her purse "if it makes you feel better.. Keep telling yourself that Ben. Then we'll see who the liar is.." she says glaring at him.

Ben growled at her,walking over to her he slammed her against the wall and lifted her one leg to go around his waist,"What are you Cataleya?"he asked as he ran his lips down her neck.

She lets out a gasp as she hits the wall and closes her eyes as she feels his lips on her neck. She couldn't tell him what she was, his kind couldn't be trusted to know.. "thirsty.." she whispered "I'm thirsty. Buy me a drink.." she said doing her best to push him away.

"And the lies just keep on coming,"Ben dropped her and backed away,turning he straightened his suite then grabbed his papers and sighed.

She rolled her eyes "Ben-" she was interrupted by her assistant, Ana " Cat I have a few messages for you.. Marcus called and said he just arrived at the hotel.. And" Leya didn't hear the rest, her heart stopped when she mentioned Marcus infront of Ben. Surely Ben knows theres more than one Marcus in the world.. And surely Ben doesn't know that Leya had to bring Marcus back to life after he killed him. Surely. She swallowed and tried to act cool "thanks ana, please excuse us" she said pushing her out the door and shutting it.

Ben had stopped moving when the woman mentioned Marcus. Ben looked at Cataleya,he wasn't stupid so he did catch how her heart skipped a beat and ho her expression went dead before she tried to play it cool.When she pushed her assisant out the door Ben said,"I can't believe you,"he whispered not looking at her," I can't f*cking believe you!"he snarled as his body shook he threw the papers everywhere,"YOU BROUGHT HIM BACK! YOU'RE A F8CKING WITCH!"his eyes changed color as he yelled at her,he felt betrayed and hurt and angry all at once,his wolf wanted to come out now and teach this woman a lesson then go and rip out Marcus's throat.

"lower your god damn voice!" she snapped back at him "you were gone a whole f*cking year Ben, you have no idea what I've been through!" she said Getting more angry.

Ben looked at her shaking his head,"Then tell me Leya what have yoiu been through?"he akse,d"what was so bad that you brought the one man who wants to kill me back from the dead?"

She frowned "just drop it Ben" she mumbled and grabbed her purse.

Ben sighed and shook his head," Good bye Leya,"he muttered back and walked out,he went annd dropped his papers off before he headed towards his car. His mind still trying to grip what he had just witness but he couldn't.. his body started to shake at the thought of Marcus and Leya.. together.
