I growl as I hear him call for her

I went out into their garden to do what he asked. Their gardener was gone again.

I set them down and go into the kitchen

I was pretty sure of myself right now and very happy. Demons never get sick, only girls and that happens because of a baby.

Once I was done cooking I go outside to her, "Love?"

I look at him. "Yes?"

"Are you alright?"

"I'm fine, why?" I looked at him a little concerned. I didn't want to get his hopes up, I wanted to be sure. There are some strange cases of falses alarms with us, we get sick for awhile but no child.

"Its just I thought I felt something in our bond"

I shook my head. "I'm fine. Don't worry, if something were wrong I'd tell you. Or you'd be running to find me." I said as I smiled at him.

I smile and nod, "Lunch is almost done"

"Alright. The gardener isn't here today, the master asked me to take care of it. Not much work so I think I'm done for now." I said and followed him inside.

I smile and take our bowls, "Chicken and dumplings?"

"Please?" I said as I sat at the table set up in the kitchen.

I hand her her bowl

"Thank you." I said as I took it and politely waited for him to sit down.

I sit down and start eating

I started eating with him. I was feeling really hungry but didn't speed up my eating or show any signs of difference. I so wanted to tell him, but if it was a false then why be so cruel?

"Alright what is really going on with you?"

I looked at him. "I didn't want to get your hopes up, but I think that I am pregnant. I ran off to the farthest bathroom so the master wouldn't to hear, I'm sure he'd kill it if he found out. But it could be a false sickness." I said.

"You might be pregnant..."

"Yes." I replied not sure where this was going, good or bad, so I just kept it short. I continued to eat.

I give her a wide smile and kiss her cheek, "Thats fantastic!"

I smiled at him. "I just hope it's not a false."

"Me neither"
