Angel Beats!

And I shall edit my description of this! Angel Beats! takes place at a high school acting as a limbo for those who have died, mostly teenagers, where they learn to give up any lingering regrets they still have from life before passing on. The story follows a boy named Otonashi, who wakes up suddenly and without his memories next to a girl named Yuri. Without much introduction, she invites him to join the Afterlife Battlefront, an organisation she founded to fight again God for the cruel fates she, and other members of the Battlefront, experienced during life. So far, however, their only enemy is a girl named "Angel", who is the student council president with seemingly supernatural powers and fights against the Battlefront for the rebellious nature towards the school. Being very confused about the whole ordeal, but without his memories, Otonashi agrees to join the Battlefront and fight... But, if he were to regain his memories,would he continue to rebel with the rest of them, or allow himself to pass on?

If you haven't watch Angel Beats! do so. I was, initially, drawn towards it by its supernatural and action aspects, but the story is so much more than just that. It seems so confusing as first, but take mine, and Yuri's advice, to just take things as they are. Just keep watching and it will all make sense sooner or later. It's worth the watch and is actually my favourite anime. And also, it has music aspects to it and... the music in Angel Beats! is addictive.

If you have watched it, let me know what you think and who your favourite characters are! My favourite character is probably Hinata because he's so funny to watch, but I do also adore Yuri, Yui and Otonashi.

And if you've read the manga, Heaven's Door, also let me know what you think about that! If you've watched the anime, I recommend you read Heaven's Door! It's a prequel that follows Hinata as the main protagonist instead of Otonashi and he and Yuri have such a sweet relationship!

Love love love! Angel beats cried my eyes out in the end but was worth it the show was great!
I love Hinata and Yui <3

I didn't actually ever cry at Angel Beats!, but it is definitely heartbreaking. And Yui and Hinata are one of my favourite couples from it. I love their relationship.
