"Thank you doc"

"Desire...I'm so sorry"

I heard his words and felt inside myself like I was stirring. But it ws like something pulled me right back into the dark.

"You just rest I'll sleep next to you"

My body silently did as he said. The only movement was the steady rise and fall of my chest, I looked more like I was in a state of sleep.

I lay down and sleep next to her

In the morning I stirred a bit. My eyes briefly fluttered open before closing again.

"Morning baby"

I opened my eyes again, and looked at him funny. Then I heard all the strange noises and looked up by my head to see all the machines the doc had brought in.

"How are you?"

"What happened?" I asked rather than answer his question.

I growl, "Angel stabbed you"

"Angel did? She wouldn't do that, we were talking and she seemed so scared and......" I trailed off knowing that was showing many signs of it, but I promised I wouldn't tell him. I promised to help her.

"And she stabbed you"

I shook my head, I refused to believe it. I believed she stabbed me, but she wanted help. No needed it. "I don't believe she knew what she was doing. She told me she'd been down there like I had when we met and asked for my help to get her out. I promised not to tell you, but things are desperate." I said.

"She's not allowed back"

"We have to help her!" I said and tried to sit up. I was in denial majorly that my child would do me harm and know the full consequences. "She's our baby."

"She stabbed you!"

"I don't care! She's my child! I don't care if she murders me, I will still want to help her!" I said and when the machines wouldn't let me up, I trieed to disconnect myself from them.

"Fine! Just let me call the doctor to get that off of you"

(she's not supposed to be sitting up at all)
He got to where she sat up and that's when I shouted. "YOU LET HER SIT UP?! SHE'S NOT SUPPOSED TO BE UP AND OUT OF BED!" I didn't mean to shout but I did. "You need to calm her down and convince her to stay in bed."

I looked up when I heard shouting from the phone.

I hold the phone away from my ear and look at Desire, "There's your answer"

I get very mad and lay back down.

"Alright, if she does it again then hold her down. She isn't going to have strength to continually fight you." I said.

"Alright Doc"
