The Killing (open please join)

I nodded. "Anything."

I hug him tight

I drove back to the station.

I pull out the picture of the detectives. One of them looked like me but older.

I walked to my office and sat there thinking.

Mitch: "Everything alright?"

Luna: I sat in my office Waiting for something.

I walked towards Luna's office the coroners report had come through and I barely glanced at it.

Luna: I looked up when she came in.

"The coroners report for that woman has come in"

Luna: "I can see that." I said.

"The killings are exactly the same. No slip ups at all."

Luna: I nodded.

"I mean it's so strange. Do you think it's more than one person? Do you think it could be a gang?"

Luna: I shrugged. "Maybe."

"We need to go back to the crime scene. Maybe forensics missed something"

"Alright."

We get in my car and head back to the crime scene

I quietly still just followed.

I kept my eyes peeled. The police tape was still there.

I just look around.

I saw something caught on a nearby bush. Something the forensics missed. "Luna, you see that?" I asked pointing towards the piece of fabric on the bush.

I looked where she pointed. "Yea."

"Do you have an evidence bag?" I asked.

I pulled on out. "When don't I?"

I grinned. "That is so true." I carefully picked it up. I had already put on my rubber gloves.
