"How about this, I call the school board and until then you borrow my stuff? Or you can request a new book, just in case. Also a new locker," I replied.

I nodded. "Okay." I said. The bell for Lunch Nearly scared me But Tia had found me. "There you are hiding." Tia said. "Yea." I smiled some. "Girl I walked by your locker I can't believe this is happening to you at all." She said.

I looked at the girl who came up but stayed quiet.

I noticed he went quietly and She noticed him. "You must be Hayden then?" She said With a smile. "I'm Tia one of Mistys Childhood friends."

"It's a pleasure to meet you. Sorry for the way I have to look now, but it was for a noble cause," I replied.

"Oh it's alright my friend. I understand." She said. "Humm How about We all go get some lunch While theirs some left." I nodded it did sound like a good idea.

"Sounds good," I said and stood. I followed them to lunch.

I followed behind Tia but Next to Him. Which was fine with me that way Tia and her Boyfriend stops any one coming from in front of us. In her thinking.

I was quiet as we got in line I followed them through and sat where ever they chose.

They left it up to me and I chose out side because no one else was out there and to me it just felt safe with all them there as well it didn't this morning. I sat on the table like always.

I sat with her this time because I felt like it. I started eating quietly.

I had realized I only met him three days ago and This is how everything turned out to be I was okay with that. I ate quietly setting my tray aside for a min thinking.

I noticed her set the tray down but said nothing. I started to question myself about why I felt so protective of her. Maybe because I have to protect my sister so much I've become protective of innocent women.

"Well This isn't Awkward." Tia spoke up and I just giggled. "Always trying to lighten the mood still?" I asked. "Always my dear always." I shook my head and took care of my tray than sat back down.

"Im just not use to being with a group where they're not trying to beat me up, yell at me, or hackle me," I replied. The last bit slipped out, because I was used to desperate people trying to hackle my drug prices.

Tia looked at him. "Oh dont worrywith us we dont plan on any of that so dont chu worry." She smiled. Well at least my old friend does accept him good. I smiled.

"Great, it'd be nice to have someone to talk to," I smiled.

"other people to talk to other than Misty?" Tia chuckled. I just sighed.

Well she's a great friend but it's still nice to broaden your horizon. Also im afraid I won't be enough to protect her," I replied.

"Oh?" she said. I just sat there. Thinking to my sekf.

"Yeah, her dad is gone for some time and I have 4 Fridays of detention for fighting. I didn't get suspended though because of the circumstances," I replied.

"Oh i see" Tia said. I looked over at him.

I looked at her too.

I smiled softly. I couldnt tha k him enough for all hes done.

I smiled back. "Oh and im going to stay with you until your father is back if that's cool. But I need to bring my sister because if I don't she doesn't eat or go to school," I said.
