"Because you're kind and sweet like she was," I said.

"Oh i see." I said.

"J can also see you with kids, a few," I said.

"Alrighty then.: I said.

"Sorry, just rambling," i said.

"No no its okay." I said.

"Oh, you sounded like I was creeping you out with that kind of thinking," I replied. Yeah, her father's advice definitely doesn't work for me because I can't read any of her social cues like I could before. She's not that girl I knew last semester who was ridiculed by her friends and always played by football players. She's a different person, a better person.

"I may have sounded like it but i wasnt." I did have cjanged so much since the last semester. It felt different.

I smiled, "it's hard to tell sometimes," I said.

I nodded. "of course."

"You are doing that intentionally??" i said.

"What you mean?"

"Being hard to read," i replied.

"I cant help it."

"I am just not use to it," I said.

"Alright." I got up and started walking down to the lake.

I sat by waters edge. And looked out.
