"I was thinking we work with her into the life she was supposed to have. Someone, anyone, can take care of her in whatever way she needs," she continued. "Then why don't we put her with you and James," said the guy from earlier who was really bothering everyone. She didn't respond to that, just quieted down. "I guess I have no choice but to be recognized but I don't want to do lessons in classes, I can handle a save."

I should see if I could help since it was kind of my fault for this. But of course I stayed quiet.

"Alright, we will give her to someone capable of teaching and protecting her. Since Clair spoke, she will be the one that takes her in. And since Mr. Storm did not report to us of her presence, he will not be performing saves for one month, someone will be appointed in your place until then. As further punishment, you will attend whatever lessons Clair has for this young lady," one said after standing. I looked at him apologetically. "Also, occurring immediately Black Star is to be removed from her home in the humans home and it will be released into the media. She must be able to give a press conference with two weeks, as well as look and act the part so she can explain the situation as we see fit," he concluded.

When I heard that I knew that I was going to have some type of punshiment.

"That is all, you are all dismissed," they said and I stood awkwardly. Then the woman named Clair approached me. "Hello Black Star. I suppose you have things you want from your home yes...?" She said nervously. "Not really, I think I will let them handle what to do with it. I have to look my part so I guess we will get that started," I replied.

I watched them. And walked out behind them. I knew I had to what to help.

"OK, so we will have to do some girl shopping," she looked at Nathan. "It may be boring but you can help prepare her for the conference while we work." "I have way too much to do now," I sighed.

"We will get through it. I know we can."

I nodded, "at least my fosters won't be too bothered by not having me. They were nice but we didn't care so much for each other." Clair gave me a sad look but said nothing as we got in the car.

I shurgged.

I got in the limo quietly and looked around the spacious area. "So glamorous."

"Yea. Your going to get use to it." I said.

"I sure hope so," I said in reply.

I looked at her. "I know you will."

I looked at him while Clair sat watching us quietly. "You know me pretty well," I said.

"Not really. just trying make this not so unpleasent." I said.

"I am sorry for bringing you into this. You shouldn't have to be in trouble," I said and looked away.

"Hey Star. Look. I got my self into thhis so Don't blame your self for everything." I took her hand in mine and gave a smile.

I looked at him. "I asked you not to tell, and you were just being a good friend. Better than any I ever had, and you got in trouble for it. Had it been any of those people from my school, I wouldn't care, but I had to get you in trouble," I said and looked away again. I hadn't realized how much he had come to mean to me. Not until now. He was my best friend.

"Star its no big deal. Yea I cant do much but help you as much as I can. And your never alone in this ever again."

"Thanks very much," I replied. I smiled at him.

"Your welcome." I smiled. I saw Clair was still watching us.

I smiled more at him then looked out the window but didn't release his hand. Clair seemed to notice this as well but she was still very silent. As though something was on her mind.

I let the silence linger.

"So I guess we should stop by the mall, it has just the stores we need to create the you that is camera ready but also you," she said and leaned forward to take my hand. The one holding his hand. "You will need some acrylics until we get these nail beds healed," she noted.
