Profile Field ideas or suggestions

I you look at the thrad onthere, the guy has a pet on top of his post. Thats called a dangerhound but thats besides the point.

I dont know how that would work on here because on that forum you have to buy it with forum gold.

We cant do anything in the admin panel to give pets...not like they do where the suggestion comes from.

i guess a line for "favourite charakters" would be nice.

That would be a cool thing to have.

We could do the pet thing like how you have the character sheet you can have your cat under neath it and a description of its personality underneath it like it is under our pictures.

every month you change it like november= marked .december= beytrayed. january= chosen
and so on and so forth

First off, please don't double post. Second, that really isnt anything a member can have on their profiles as something cool for them to edit...

i got an idea. so when people click on your name they are taken to your profile, why not have it to where we can change the background of the profile. like you coul select from different characters or even book covers.

That is something we cannot control. There is no was to have it so a member can choose the background for their profiles. We can only have the same images for the backgrounds like they are now. Forumotion does not give us an option to do that.

What about a section presenting the character we've claimed for the month? Same as 'Quotations' and 'Mood' but, "Character claimed for month:"

Multiple people would be able to put the same character though. There's no way of restricting it to characters not chosen.

I have another, Is there a chance of each member having one of the House of Night icons on their profile somewhere depending on how many years they've been on the site? Like the labyrinth for first year and so on? Only the staff would have the Highest icons of course.. and after each member has achieved their highest (Finished hon) They could choose a proffesion for their icon/badge of what they are as a Vampyre.

third form (First year)

fourth form (second year)

Fifth form (Third year)

Sixth form (fourth year)

Professor (For mods? or for people past their sixth year and shows that they are Vampyre..)

(I have no example of what a proffesion icon could be. I was thinking like actor/tresses, professors of potions/history/sword master ect...)

And a badge saying weather we are a blue Vampyre/fedgling or a Red vampyre/fedgling

That would be a little too much like an RP site. Sorry but this is a fan form, not just an RP site, even though people seem to think that's all it is.
