I went up and hugged the Dr. "Thanks and I will! School is back in so I will be down here after school to hang out and help again."

I touched her nose. "Just remember your mother is always with you. Even if it has been 5 years."

Tears ran down my face. I wasn't ready for anyone to know about my mother. I hugged him and said my goodbye. I walked Mark down to the nurses station and got some ice and told him to hold it on his nose while I walked him out to the car again.

"thanks alice....i owe you one...."

I got out my phone and looked I replyed *sigh* it was an accident.....I'm in english...

I looked at my phone and texted ryan back I'm at the ER. sorry I won't be in class the rest of the day.

I smiled at Mark "As payment.....Don't tell anyone about how I knew the staff here or about my mother. Just tell them we sat in there for hours." Tears still ran down my face.

i wanted to wipe her tears away..."I wont." i told her

I leaned against the hood of his car and put my head in my hands and cryed. I never got over my mothers death. I simply pushed it to the back of my mind. I knew she was gone but I didn't like to think about it.

with my nose being the way it was i couldnt put my arms around her....and i couldnt say that everything would be ok.....

After a few minutes of crying I stopped and forced myself to push it to the back of my mind again. The tears left marks down my face. I wasn't ready to fully cry over my mothers death. "Ready to go home?"

"yea...i am...its a good thing you live close by..."

it's ok. Hope ur alright. I texted back, sliding my phone down.

I smiled alittle "After I drop you off I'm not going home." I didn't meet his eyes. I knew I would cry more.

"ok...." i got into my car and buckled up.

I sent ryan a text I'm ok. Mark's nose is broken so I am here at the ER with him waiting to be seen. How's class?

I saw my phone light up and looked at it. I replyed Alright. meet you there.

I got in and drove to his house. about a mile before we got to his house I saw red and blue lights behind me. I cursed and pulled over.

"alice..."

i was starting to freak out....

I looked over at Mark and told him to shush. I got out my phone and replyed I'm ok. Mark has a broken nose. now i'm pulled over by a cop....*laughs*

I resent her a text Of course i'm eager. I missed you this summer!

I got the car to pull over and got my things togther to check everything.

"Where is your regestration Mark?"

"glovebox."

I reached over and got it and rolled my window down when the cop came up. It was Alic. "Hey! wuz up? I havn't seen you in like forever!"

I saw that it was Alice and relaxed a lot. "Alice you were speeding....AGAIN. Why where you this time?"

I looked at Mark "Well my boyfriend Mark here broke his nose and we were on our way back to his house from the hospital and I wanted to get there and make sure he could lay down. You know how I am with hospitals....This is his car. Would you like his...." I trailed off.

"No alice. You know I don't ask that from you. Just watch your speed and put that away!" I pointed to her cell phone. "You know better!"

"I wasn't texting while driving. Honist! Well Alic I need to get him home. Do you mind if I go?"

"Not at all. Go ahead just be careful!" I patted her sholder.

"Thanks!" I pulled away gently and went into Marks drive. I knew he was going to flip out that I knew the cop.

I sent ryan a text real fast Everything is fine. he didn't give me a ticket.

I saw what she sent and said I think I would be able to kick your butt quicker if you were a guy. Sorry hun but I don't hit girls.
