| This is a short one I wrote from the POV of a wolf from the twilight saga who's imprint doesn't love them back.
Sleep now, Gentle soul,
Rest unto the dawn,
I may watch over you lovingly,
And when you wake and the sky turns to gold,
I should weep for the night,
For the dark gives you reason to hold me.

| Okay, so this one is twilight inspired again.....It's about a vampire who has had to change his human love in order to save her life.
Drowning seas,
Falling skies,
I find no peace,
I tell no lies,
Her heart is still,
Her breath has stopped,
Yet beauty shines,
Defying death,
Weeping seas,
Burning skies,
I find no peace,
I tell no lies,
She is lying still,
Her screams have stopped,
Yet beauty shines,
Defying death,
Ruling the seas
Leading the skies,

I cannot retain my love,
It’s screaming, breaking free,
