The Enemy ( Started; But still open:D )

"You don't tell me what to do." I jumped into the water.

"Why in the world did I decide to team up with these idiots?" I muttered to myself as I jumped into the water after her. I would get both Faith and Amii up to the tree again. Then I would give them a lecture about how incredibly immature and idiotic they were acting. And maybe try to knock some sense into Amber's head. Frankly, Nat seemed to be the only smart person here. And how old was she? Maybe five? It didn't make me feel any better that the smartest on my team was a five year old girl.

I managed to get Amber up into the tree again and glared at her. "After we arrive at the castle you're grounded, you know that right. I mean no disrespect; but you're stupid."

"You do know that you need to loosen up a bit, right? I mean no disrespect; but you're bloody boring" I said and winced when my head ache returned.

I grabbed Faith and passed her to Nick"take care of her I need to cool off for a bit"

'Why in the world do i have to have a teammate whos an as$?" I rolled my eyes. I pushed away from Nick. "Don't touch me." i hissed.

"Okay firstly; you need to check your language. Even if the world has been taking over by zombies, doesn't mean that you can go around swearing when there's children around. Oh, and yeah, you're in the group that's called children. Secondly; you have got serious jerkitude problems. Thirdly; if you don't shut your stupid mouth, someone is going to kill you before the zombies even get the chance to get close to you. Fourthly; we're all on the same side here. All trying to survive, and we won't be able to do that without each other. Face it, none of us stand a chance alone. Now get your annoying little butt up to the tree and try something that's called team work."

I raised my eyebrows at Nick's little speech. He sounded kind of pissed.

I looked at Nick"I'll be fine just give me a few minutes down here"I put my head under water for a second

He was pissed. i could tell. "Well you don't understamd Nick! I lost so much at a young age. I have reason to act like a total jerk... i don't mean to it's just i can't seem to face what i lost. so, I know how to be a team. I seriously do. I just don't trust you guys with my past. I don't even trust myself with it. I'll close my stupid mouth if you close your stupid mouth first." The water seemed to calm. It was peaceful but something about it was off.

"get into the trees now"I said "gps heading this way"

"We all have it hard sometimes. We all have it hard now. But all that matters at the moment is that we all survive" I said and pulled her up into the tree.

"Can grown ups swim?" I asked and cocked my head to the side. I leaned forward on the branch to get a better look. "Oh, there they are! Wow...they can swim. That's cool."

"I took my sword out of the ground and took a fighting stance after I jumped back into the tree

"Ya i know." I didn't like tha fact he dragged me up into the tree.

"That one's kinda cute" I said and pointed at the water.

I stared at Amber for a while. She really was going crazy. "Okay, let's be ready for this" I said and pulled out two of my knives.

I watched as the grown ups swam towards us. They would be too stupid to climb up to the tree, but that was no reason for letting your guard down.

"Hm." i watched the one Amber ponited to. "Amber do you know who that gps is?"

I took and sliced a gp's head off

"I don't know, I recognize him though" I frowned, trying to place his face. "Oh my god! That's Callan!"

"Callan who's that"

"A family friend, used to tutor me in different subjects" I sighed.

"Wait, that's Callan The Jerk?" I asked, eyeing the grown up.

"well he is going to be dead sorry Amber"I said getting ready to cut off his head

"Do you really have to kill him?" I frowned, pressing my lips together and ignoring Gale's comment.

"unless you wanna get bit again then yes Amber"I sliced off his head

I whimpered slightly and closed my eyes. Good bye, Callan.

I hugged Amber. "It's going to be okay."

I rolled at some of my group members immaturity and held tightly to Nat, as she wept into my chest. I kept my eyes alert ready for anything that would harm my family.

I shook my head "Really guys? Really? You guys are acting ridiculous. Did you really think it was necessary to jump into the water like that? I know we have haven't showered in months, but honestly that was stupid and foolish. Amber. Your neck wound is bleeding again. Faith. Your left leg has been cut. Gale. The scab on your face has opened." I said, frowning. "Nick. Amii. Can you please kill off the remaining eight Zombies so I can get on with my life? That woukd be great."



I looked down into the water and my glasses fell into the water, making a crunch as they made impact. I sighed "Awh man.." I breathed.

"Hm. I'll be fine. Hey. whatever i'm tried of hearing lectures."

I smiled and jumped into the water and killed the last few gp"ok done"I said climbing into the tree again
