as I lay here in my bed
trying to get them out of my head
The way you were so mean
to do those things to me

for you see

this pain gets me every day

it takes away part of me

The life I once knew
now could never be

the only thing left for me


all I feel is the pain and the hurt
buring deep within

Great flow that is. And I love that last line of the second stanza 'baby boy I ain't lying'. Sweet~

It sounds really rhyme-ish, great for a poem too.

I like this poem a lot. the consistent beats bring the reader into the poem. emotions overflow. I like the first four lines, especially ESPECIALLY the third and fourth, 'my hearts desire/ suddenly grew.'

You're talented at giving your poem the beats. You make a great song-writer. The clear beats makes it easy to sing to, and really does give me the melodious tone to it. Thumbs up! ((:

Oh wow thanks..I honestly didn't think that anyone would read them lol. Just typing up something and seeing how they flow but yea..most of my poems are heartfelt and have meaning behind them, Scared to love was about my ex...trying to tell him that I needed him to finally see me as me a girl that was filled with love and was sick of his cheating as you can see in 'scared to death, you'll see me cry.' The rap one was about my ex kyle and finally telling him to kiss my butt that everything that he has been saying about me needed to stop and that I didn't want his sorry butt back, but I am glad that you like them
