The Red Fledglings

I'm not sure if this goes here specifically, but i got a question.
How do you think everyone that dies from the change is coming back as a red fledgling? I have a theroy, and i think it might be right, but i want to hear everyone elses. ((If it was told in Burned, i don't wanna know what it is yet. I own Burned but have not read it yet.))

what's your theory

I think what neferet was giving the fledglings to "ease the pain" of rejecting the change is what's brining them back

But what about Stark? he was there for like half the night,and rejected the change. My theory is that she cast a dark spell on them. If you haven't noticed all the red fledlings have affinities or a strong ability...

Well that's the only way i can explain it... that and the tonic that neferet gives them after one of their fiends pass away. like the one that she tried giving z after SR died, the one that aphro told her not to drink...

but Aphrodite told Zoey that the 'mystery liquid' is something to make her forget about her friend, and about the death.
Aphrodite had been given the same stuff when her room mate died, and she had forgotten why she was crying.

Z didnt take it coz she wantd to remember SR.
And she did remember her.
I think Neferet put some kind of spell on them
something dark and it would bring them back.
The Liquid Neferet gives them then they die
could have something to do with the bringing back
the undead dead kids.
When Stark came to the HoN didnt Neferet put her hand on him, and she lookd at him with wide eyes?? Maybe she just need to touch them.

Hay, not sure how it is done but I disagree that all red fledglings have great power, for example; Elliot and Venus. Both pretty average fledglings but I think Neferet is using them for diffrent things (: Cause we all know she's and evil turd monkey xD xx

I think that when they died Neferent took them to a site
& in that site i think she could put them under a spell
o she gave them a liquid cause
the "mystery liquid" you are talking it was only to forget
something so its diferent.

Are there more red vampires down the metro station where they were
hiding when Kalona appears?

The liquid that Neferet gives dying students does nothing because SR never drank it, she had Earth to get rid of the pain.

The one she tried to give Zoey would have made her forget about SR and make her go on as if nothing were to happen.

When SR first talks about everything to Zoey she says she is filled with darkness. (don't read spoiler if you haven't read burned/awakened)

Neferret is a healer, so, she might of healed them in a different way, like asked her affinity to do something else to the kids...

I think the red fledlings where created in Neferets evil- to be some sort of minions? but choose good for nyx..

She probably wanted to do like Nyx,, and create something that would see her as a Goddess and follow and worship her. She thinks she's a Goddess, and with her powers she is supposed to be immortal now, so she probably wanted to have some sort of following so that she could dethrone Nyx, or be something similar to Nyx..

Yeah, I suppose thats why she choose Kalona.

am i the only one who, after rereading the whole series, thinks that the second peom kramisha writes (that they guess is about zoey and stark) think that the poem is REALLY about Stevie Rae and Rephaim??? I seriously think so.

Allyson, you have an excellent point there, you know^^ That's pretty much what I've been thinking. Hope the Casts will tell us the details in the upcoming books.

Thanks! I have been thinking about that when i read the books. The way the Casts write, how they tie up any lose end when need be, i don't think that we will be disappointed.
