"I still don't care. What he did was evil and he deserved his death."

"I've killed the innocent too," I said. "Little girls crying for their mommies. Young boys who thought they were so tuff playing solider that when the time came for glory they chose to run. The only crime my soul is free of is what that man did to you."

"I don't care about your past.....I care about the here and now.." I whispered.

I leaned forward with my face inches away from hers. "I want to hear you say what I am Lizbet," I said in a hard voice. "I want you to say it out loud so you can hear exactly what you're getting into."

"Vampire." I said and leaned in and kissed him.

I kissed her back softly before pulling away. "I was looking for murder or maybe physco but vampire works too."

"It matters what to you what you are but to me I just a see a man........" I said pausing..."A man that I think I'm love with" I whispered softly.

I pulled away and drank my blood substance. "Well this sucks."

I looked up at him.

"You're falling in love with me and I've been in love with you for the last two years," I said looking at her. "And I'm never going to grow old with you and I'm not turning you. So it sucks."

"Why won't you turn me if I asked?"

"Because you deserve better," I said. "A life. That's why I wanted you to forget me."

I closed my eyes and then opened them again. "I love you, Alucard and nothing is going to change how I feel about you. And if being with you is to turn I'll find a way because I want you."

I sighed and set my head down on the table. She was so stubborn. So incredible. So... Urgh! A year after I left I regretted my decision and watched her for a few days. I watched her move in. Go to school. And I knew I loved her. But I never mad contact. I tried to avoid it as much as possible. I got up and sat next to her. I kissed her lips softly and said, "I know I shouldn't but I do. I love you, Lizbet."

"Say it again" I whispered.

"I love you," I whispered back as I held her in my arms. "I love you."

I kissed him.

I kissed her back happily. Her lips were warm and her skin was soft. I kept my arms around her in hopes that she wouldn't pull away yet.

I pulled away when I needed to breathe.

I sighed. Always forgot that part. "How are your jobs going?" I asked softly.

"I only work at the book store now.....with the money I got from publishing my first two books I bought myself a house."

"You're published," I said surprised. "What books?" I didn't know she was published. I'll have to read them.
