Eternity is a Long Time 1x1

I shook my head. "You want to stay in a real place?" I asked her feeling a little bad that she was sleeping in the ground pretty much. "I have a place on the other side of town if you want to stay there."

I rubbed at my arm. Why was he being so nice? " I don't want to be a burden." i said. I hated staying where i was. It only darkened my mood, staying in an old crypt. But i didn't want him feeling sorry for me.

"You wont be," I said. "The house is huge we will only run into each other when you want us to." I said "I'm not going to push my help only you, like I said I wil only help if you want help. But no one needs to stay in a crypt."

I looked up at him and nodded. " Okay, fine." i didn't know what else to say. I knew i needed help. But would i just admit that, no.

I smiled "We have to walk though. I am not prone to this modern technology." I said turning to walk back down the street. "When you get to the house just tell Kandavish if you need anything. He is the butler."

I followed at his side. " Butler." i said it more like i was acknowledging it. It's been so long since i've ordered a butler to do anything. When things went down hill so did that life. I sighed. " So now that you know i have issues, what about you?"

I looked down the street, "Everyone has there little secrets and for me that is exactly what they are secrets." I had never told anyone about my past and that is what ailed me the most. "I'm loke a closed book." I said.

" What so you can be a closed book but i can't?" i stared at him as we walked. " That doesn't seem very fair."

I looked at her with a cocky expression. "I don't need help, I can deal with everything that bothers me." Sometimes. I finished to myself.

I smirked. " Yeah right. What are you Mr. Perfect." i grinned and looked at him. It sure seemed like it. " I bet you i could help you with something if you'd let me."

I looked st her skeptically. "I'll think about it." I said which pretty much meant no, but it was always letting people have a little hope in thinking there were going to be let into my life. "And I am very far away from perfect little one."

I crossed my arms. " Okay if were going to get anywhere you have to stop calling me little. My names Beiya and I'm not little!" i couldn't the small growl that came out on the word little. " I'm far from little and i highly doubt your far from perfect."

I smiled at her. "I'll make you a deal, you stop calling me perfect and I will stop calling you little. Even though compared to me, in age and in size you are little." I laughed it was kinda funny getting a rise out of her

" It's not my fault i died before i finished growing!" i growled at him. " How about we just call each other by each other's name Roman." i said as i glared up at him. He was a lot taller than me. I let out a heavy sigh as i tried to calm down.

"That sounds like a plan, Beiya." I said. We were almost to the house, I looked at her. "Exactly how old were you when you were changed?" I asked her curious.

" How old do i look?" i asked him. I honestly couldn't remember. I knew it was after my 18th birthday but i couldn't remember which it was. I knew i didn't look my age. " I mean, i don't really remember. I think i was 20."

I looked at her, "You look like you were about, 16 when you were changed. Because you are so small, but you could have been older." I said hoping she wasn't offended by that.

I sighed. " Yes, yes i am small, i got that thank you Dr. Obvious. I'm pretty positive i was 20." i nodded and decided to go with that. What did it matter anymore?

I smiled "Okay your twenty." I needed to know because in this day on age, I looked like I was 29, I couldn't be walking around with a child. I could get throne in jail then I would have to kill people it would just be a big problem within itself.

" What brought you here?" i asked out of curiosity. If he had been here for sometime i would have known it. I was nearly one of the only vampires in this area, i surely would have noticed another.

"A long time ago I use to live here and I decised that I wanted to visit this place again." I looked around. "And clearly it has changed. This place a helped me out." Well not really much of the place as the people in the place.

That sounded simply enough. " I see." i nodded. It must have been a really long time ago. Before i was born in this life.

We got to the house and it was big, I walked up to the door and pushed it open. I smiled and let her enter. "THere are alot of rooms here, so you can pick which ever on you want. Kandavish will show it to you."

I nodded and uneasily stepped into the large mansion. It was magnificent. It was certainly better than the crypts i had been staying in for the past 3 years. " This is beautiful." i muttered as i looked all around the entrance area.

I nodded "It belong to a person I knew along time ago." I smiled, I dropped the whole subject. "When ever you want to talk just ring me." I said and headed for the sitting room.
