Pirates of the Caribbean: Time to move on (private)

I nodded and let her go. I went back to my maps.

I blew him a kiss before I went down to start cooking.

I passed by Sparrow's Lass when i was on my way to see how Mr. Turner was doing. She seemed.... cheerful.

I was organizing the maps.

I opened the door to the map room. "How are ye doing Jack?"

"Fine and you sir?"

"Very well," I said twirling an apple in my hand. Then I frowned. The boy... his movements were light... brighter. "You had sex with the lass didn't ye?"

"No. I didn't." I said.

"Well bot of ye did something," I said taking a bite out of my apple.

"Why does it matter to you what I did with her last night?" I asked as I looked over maps.

"It doesn't," I said. "But some of the men on my boat... They don't appreciate Sparrow. So if word gets out that those two are related and she ain't no virgin.. well. Use your imagination. It's not a threat but a fact."

"Jane and I didn't have sex. So leave us virgins be." I told him.

I shrugged. "It was only a statement that ye should know Jack. Now onto business. How far 'till ship wreck cove."

"If the wind stays on our side a day or less is what I can guess." I said. "and explain what would happen if the other men found out if she wasn't a virgin"

"We're pirates," I said. "Use your imagination. Think of what all bad pirates can do. Will do if offered a fresh young lass. These men have enough honor to them that they would not soil a fresh, unclaimed woman. A soiled unclaimed woman however is up for grabs. So we can expect to be there by morning or so tomorrow then? Rums almost gone though."

"Jane wouldn't let the lot of them touch her." I said. I was a bit angry that if a woman on a ship wasnt a virgin would be made to have sex with the male crew members. "Yes. We'll get there soon enough."

I nodded. "Good," I told the boy. Then I looked at him. "When you sail with pirates you don't know who ye are going to get. Most of the men here have enough honor and decency to not lay a finger on her without her permission. However there are those who would touch young Ms. Sparrow the second they found out who her father is. They are not allowed on this ship. But there are those who either hate Sparrow enough to want revenge or just love the way a woman feels under them that if they find her to be unclaimed and soiled they will take her. She can fight them off if she wishes but they will always be waiting on her. And with that I leave ye Mr. Turner." And I left him to go get myself another apple.

I wouldn't do that to her. I wouldn't want that to come upon her...but she trusted me and I trusted her.....what were we going to do?

After peeling potatoes for later and getting all the fruits washed and cleaned I ran the bell. Breakfast was ready and it was a first come first served. I stole a few pieces of fruits and snuck out to go see jack.

I had continued to work on the maps.

I knocked on the door to the map room before entering. "Hey," I said. "I brought you some breakfast."

I looked at her. smiled. "morning ans thanks."

"You're welcome," I said showing him the apples, bananas and sugar cane I brought for us to share.

I smiled. I'd let her have what she wanted first and then I would eat.

I picked up a banana and started eating.

I kept looking at the maps.
