I shrugged and waked in, tossing my back pack on the couch, "Nice face, hon, lets get that cleaned up." I turned my phone off and slid my coat off. "Let me guess, the idiot was wearing a ring?"

"Yes,"I said,as I limped over to the kitchen where my bloody shirt remained with the rubbing alochol and stuff,"he was,"I muttered.

I nodded, "sit on the counter, I'll get it all cleaned up. He wasn't when i hit him, but he was bleeding if that makes you feel a little better." I did see his shirt, god he bled alot.

"Good,"I muttered as I sat on the counter.

I started cleaning up his face, "tell me everything you've done lately. Keep your mind busy, on anyhting you like," not necessarily the best choice of words but ti'd keep him from lashing out in pain.

I sighed,"I don't know ... I've been working,frustrated with life... hell I think I've been to the depths of hell and back at least 13 times this week..."

I nodded, paying more attention to his face, "Tell me about your trips,"

I walked into the coffee shop and sighed,I checked my watch,"Damn it where are you?!"I muttered as I got in line.

I smiled,"No thanks.."I flinched abit,"but did you hear Hanna and Dave got one on the way.."

I looked up, "Your joking me, right?"

I grabbed my phone, REMINDER: I'm catching up with friends today, don't go freaking out. I'll be home in the morning if I'm not home tonight. I texted Ethan. He had a tendincy to freak out.

I set my black berry on the counter and looked at him, "I do have something to show you once your all cleaned up."

I got a messgae and sighed,"Of couse your not coming,"I paid for the coffee and went to sit down,I swallowed back tears.

"Okay,"I said as I grabbed a pad that was dried,I placed it on my wound and then tapped it there.I hopped off the counter and ignored the fact that both my leg and ribs screamed in pain,"I'll be right out."

UI grabbed the back of his jeans and forced him to sit down on the couch. "Your legs hurt," I pointed out, "Don't get up or I'll sit on you."

I sat down and looked out the window,I sighed,I texted my father back then set my head on the table,I wanted to curl up and cry.

"As fun as that sounds I need to get changed... and I ain't doing in front of you,"I said as I tried getting up again.

I sat on his stomach, "I know this is painfull, if you would listen i wouldn't be sitting on you. I was going to say that your gong to stay here while i clean up your bloody mess and grab you clothes. So, while i'm in the kitchen you can get all in clean clothes. Clear?"

I groaned,"Okay."I heard the phone ring,"get that."

I heard footsteps and looked up,I sighed,"I'm not in the mood for a argument,"I said as I pushed my coffee away.
I felt a couple tears spill over and down my cheeks.

I got off him and handed him the phone before going back to his room. I grabbed pajama bottoms and tossed them at him before going into the kitchen.

I answered the phone,"Hey mom,"I smiled as we talked.

I looked out the window,as more tears wet down my face,"Yeah yeah... go find your wife or something,"I whispered.

I got everything wiped down then grabbed the bleach from the sink. I sterilized the counters before getting on my hands and knees to wipe up the floor.
