"Yeah, I just don´t remember it, wasn´t it Josh?" I asked

"Yea it was. Josh was most definatly his name." I said. "What did you want to know about him?"

"Do you still have a crush on him?" I asked curiously

"Yea. I do. Hes cute and all but I've seen him hanging out with Daniel which is not a good sign." I said.

"You are right in that" I said , my phone started ringing in that moment, the ringtone indicated that it was a text not a call . "Can you get read that for me?" I asked Rose as I handed her my phone without checking from who it was before.

"Okay sure." i hop off his back. I take his phone. It was a text message from his old girlfriend. "It's from Jade. She asking If your going to the party tonight." i said reading it out to him. I sort of got jealous in a way. I mean Jade was his ex and it was suppose to stay like that. But, why should i care if they dance and drink together? He is just my cousin... after all.

"Text her I´m going" I said "What else did she say?" I asked

"And she said if you would be her date." i said. I didn't like this one bit. but hey maybe I should go with Daniel... just to get Matt angry. It was most definatly an option for me.

I thought about it for a moment , should I be Jade´s date today? I mean it wouldn´t hurt to dance and drink with her tonight . "Who will be your date Rose?" I asked

I looked at my cousin with a smile. "I was thinking about going with Daniel." I said.

"You are kidding me, right?" I asked , trying to keep my tone cool, I don´t know why, but that for some reason made me mad

I shook my head. "No I'm not kidding. I'm being serious. Jerks are fun to party with." I said. I could tell he getting angry.

"When you say party what do you refer to specifically?" I asked

"Dance, Talk to. Jeez, why would i want of the do me? If you think i would let a guy to that then you obviously don't know me Matty."

"I know you perfectly, but I don´t know the guys" I replied

I rolled my eyes. "So, are you going to to be Jade's date?" I asked.

"I think I will" I admitted

I texted Jade that Matt was going and he would love to be her date. I set his phone on the table and pulled mine out of my pocket and texted Daniel.

He texted me back saying that he knew i would come around. and Said he'll see me at the party. I smiled and put my phone away.

I got Matt and I plate and a fork and set the table.

I served our food in two plates . And put the rest in a bowl so if any of us wanted more could eat it.
