My Not So Innocent Lifestyle

I stopped in front of him. "No, I'm sorry." I said. "I didn't know I was going to upset you I thought you'd laugh it off at the least maybe even come and rip my notebook in half or something."

Lucas chuckled darkly, "I'm not as bad as I seem...well, most of the time I'm not." He looked at Carter, "And, neither is this tough guy. He's a total brain at Trigonometry."

"Huh, who would've figured." I mused to myself. "Well you seem to be trying to keep it a secret so I won't tell anyone." I said, "Oh and Lucas?" I set my books down and gave him a quick hug. "You looked like you could use a hug."

Lucas blushed, "Um, thanks Lauren." He hugged her back while Carter made obscene gestures behind her back. He stifled a laugh.

"You're welcome." I said. "But between the three of us, this never happened, okay? We all have repuatations to uphold." I spun on my heel "Espicially you, quiet one," I said pointing a finger at him.

Lucas nodded, "Have fun biblehumping, Lauren." He blew her a sarcastic kiss.

I rolled my eyes and walked back to the group.

Maxxie watched lovingly as Lexi got up to go the toilet, he didn't have any reason not to believe her so he shuffled back a little, and propped himself up on the tree which was nearby. He took out a book from his bag and began to flick through the pages, rather bored.

Lucas spotted the hot brunette from first period. He smirked, "Hey."

He looked her up and down. Hot body, cute face, and quite bright, he thought. Her only downfall was her terrible boyfriend, Maxxie. "So, what brings you to the 'dark side'?" He grinned, pulling out a cigarette. He offered her one.

Lucas's cheeks tinged red. He looked away, seeing that Carter had walked off after Lauren. He looked back to the girl, "Well, you could at least introduce yourself before I spill my heart out to you in poetry form." He teased, taking a drag.

"I know you as wittle Maxxies' girlfriend, not your name. I mean, unless that is your name." He rasied an eyebrow.

"Lexi. Nicce." He grinned, "Surely, you must know my name. I'm practically famous at this school." Lucas laughed, running a hand through his hair.

"Touche." He muttered. "Lucas, Lucas Criss." He said, crushing out his cigarette and offering his hand to her.

"What's it to you?" He mumbled, looking to the ground.
