"kid, You're not alone there." I thought I'd mention. I could relate to the guy, he was in the same trouble that I had been in. Skylar, I didn't know her story, but she might as well be in the same kind of mess.

Now that was interesting...I packed the last things into the backpack and leaned it next to my Buell. I walked over to them,still quiet and handed each a cereal bar before sitting down to devour my own.

I sat up wearily, rubbing my eyes. "I really don't think you'll care," I replied. "It isn't something people take lightly." I knew I was being secretive and avoiding the truth but it was a habit over the years.

Marat watched his love while she was taking a shower. He felt a little bit awkward so he decided to go for a swim, something he usually does in the mornings to stay in good shape. After couple of circles he felt something approaching. He wasn't sure what it was so he just waited in the water, near the shore of course, to jump out and fight if necessary. He turned around just for a second and felt a big blast and the water wave hit him hard. It was Zhane. "So, you finally decided to join the living."

"Man this water is good!" Zhane finally woke up and joined his friend in the lake. Funny thing is he can't remember how he actually got to his cabin and even how he ended up in his bed, alone, but all he knew was that he had a killer headache and he had to get rid of it. Lake sounded a good idea. "So, how was it for you last night? Any luck with the ladies?" He grinned at Marat as he swam around him.

"You don't remember a thing do you." Marat laughed at Zhane because he knew he was drunk as hell last night and that he was the one that took him to his cabin. He splashed him and kept on laughing. "Due, you were drop dead from beer."

"No, I was drop dead gorgeous of course." He grinned at Marat and his ego went flying trough the sky. "Anywhoooo, no, I don't remember a thing. Care to fill me up with your mighty knowledge." Zhane always went for a sarcastic comment when he didn't know how to respond. But he knew Marat understands him, so it will be no problem.

Marat went with explaining. How Zhane got wasted, and bumped into his sisters cabin, and how he had to take him to his cabin because he was unable to stand on his feel. They laughed at this story, like they always do when one of them gets drunk. Not like it happens too much, but when it does, they laugh at their stupidity. After that the water felt a bit chilly, so they went out and dried.

"So tell me, do you think my dad noticed I was drunk?" Zhane was worried. His father was strict towards him because he expects so much. One day Zhane will lead the pack, and last night he didn't show the authority of a leader. He didn't want to lose his fathers respect, but sometimes his bit*hy attitude and low tolerance towards dumb people win over his patience and calm mind.

"Nah, I think you're fine. I saw him there but I think he left after short time. Maybe you should talk to him, or if he knows, I'm sure he will talk to you." Marat always gave the best answer that comes to his mind. He did saw the alpha on the party, but as he said, he was there for maybe five minutes or so. "Come on, let's head back. I'm sure people already woke up and it's time to hunt." He smiled to his friend as he stood up. Zhane stood up with him and without any word they headed back to the packs village.

She quickly took a shower and dried up. She looked over at Marat and saw Zhane talking, she wrapped in a towel but she didnt mind. "Hey Zhane i see your up and about" she said smiling.

Zhane saw his sister and smiled. He turned to Marat. "You go back, I'll catch up with you." He smiled at his friend.

"Ok, but don't be too long, we need to hunt some breakfast." He smiled at Zhane and headed back to the village. He waved and smiled at Feisha while Zhane walked to his sister.

"Yep, I decided it was time for me to wake up." Zhane walked over to his sister with a smile on his face. "So, I heard you and Marat had fun last night." He was just testing her to see how much of Marat's we-didn't-do-it story was true. He knew that Marat was a gentleman, but if he ever get's lucky he knows that Marat will not brag about it.

I waved Marat bye before i turned to Zhane. I laughed. "My lips are sealed brother" i said walking towards my cabin. "But you know....." i said turning to face him."You have a hell of a friend"

Zhane frowned. "The hell they are!! Details now! Please?" He made a puppy face, one that his sister always loved. "And of course I have a hell of a friend. I pick only the best of the best to hang out with." He winked at her. "Now be a good sister and tell me everything, you know I love to gossip." He placed an arm under his sisters acting like a girl and walked with her back to the cabin.

I laughed going in. I got a dress and signaled for Zhane to turn around before i quickly put it on, when i was done i said. "You know, you gotta be carefull ho you act towards me at times, girls might end up thinking your gay" i said combing my hair. "But if you really wanna know i'll tell you. We just talked about ourself... and we knda kissed"

"Don't worry of me looking gay around you, that is my method of showing the ladies that I can be a really gentle and understanding person, but then I unleash the dragon in the bed." Zhane grinned at his sister with pride that literally tore the roof. He was intrigued though by the mention of a kiss, so he sat on the bed and with excitement in his eyes and nods that were going wild waited for more.

Marat finally reached his cabin. He took the longer path so he could think about everything and to scope if somewhere near was a good meal. When he reached it he laid on the bed and waited for Zhane to pick him up for the hunt. He promised he wont be long. Marat thought to himself while he was bored out of his mind. With a sigh he stood up and decided to go out to enjoy the sunny day. When he opened the door he saw the alpha standing in front of them. Marat was a bit shocked to see him now, but he bowed quickly and signaled with his hand for the alpha to enter the cabin. "How may I help you sir?" he stood before him, stiff as always. He was kind of nervous.

I laughed so hard. "Oh yeah a dragon, more like a dog" i said laughing. "We kissed more than once if you must know" i said trying not to blush as i remembered last nights events. "And isnt there some place you have to be?"

"Marat," he acknowledged the boy with a curt nod as he entered the cabin. He glanced around the slightly messy room as though searching before turning back to the boy. The nervousness was clear as day, radiating off him. It was more pronounced and noticeable with the younger ones as they often feared his authority. "Have you made progress with my daughter?"

i was wondering if those two might have the same problem though Ethem obviously seemed to suffer more from it. i finished my bar and kept quiet. It was nothing I could really help with at this point so I grabbed my guitar and played a little while listening to the two guys.
In the end we all didnt have any reasons to trust each other but I have to admit I trust Ethem much more than thr handsome young man Hybris. Nice eyecandy though.

"Try me." I replied to the boy. I cared enough to try and help the guy, even if he needed help from the Earthens or just to be pointed in the right direction.
"It can't be as bad as some things I've heard."

"Promise not to freak out and run away on me?" I asked sternly. I needed to make sure I could trust this guy first. He didn't exactly do much other than show up. Then again, I had been asleep and whatnot.

I glanced down the ground and drew little patterns in the dirt. It always distracted me when I got nervous. "Several years ago, I was Broken." I began. "And since then, I've been having the same dream of the event only I can't here anything and everything else is blurry"

i looked up from my strings watching for hybris reaction..oh I would so hunt him down if he would run...hunts was something I enjoyed a lot especially if they are jerks.

i took a bite of the bar that I was given.
"Broken you say?" Why did that ring a bell? other than the prophesy crap. I knew something about it...somehow.
I sat down onto a largeish boulder and chewed. Why would I have run?
"So you dream about that one night every time you shut your eyes?" I asked to make it clearer. "Does it get worse?" I asked randomly after the first.
The earliest memory I could recall from my own past was nightmares. I always thought it was about the car accident...

I blinked in surprise. He didn't run. Most wolves would've hissed and back away. Except maybe Skylar. But that was different. I think. "Well, it's not all the time but it happens frequently." I admitted. "Sometimes it goes on for the whole time, others it stops part way. But it always gets harder to wake up"

"Oh?" I took another bite. This was interesting. I still thought that I should tell the others when i got back, but I decided I wouldn't. Bringing up 'Broken' in a sentence around them they'd gang bash me to get answers.
I turned my attention to Skylar when she spoke to me.
I chuckled lightly, "You don't? You're a lucky one then."
"And yes, I have. er well, I do." I tried to say but didn't come out right.

"Oh, so what exactly do you know?" I asked, trying not to sound hopeful. If there was a chance I could stop this I was willing to take it. These dreams had plagued me for years.

"Not much." I said truthfully. Well I didn't know anything that would have made them happen.
"But I do know that you'll always wake up." I knew from experience.
I knew I had nighmares, but I forget about them a few hours after being concious. But I always remeber parts of them.. Screaming and pain.

"Always wake up? It took Skylar dumping salt on me and sitting there for ten minutes" I said, my voice slightly panicked. "I want these dreams to stop"
