derek shrugged "fine" he muttered before walking out the guest house he wasn't the jealous type usually and he didn't know why now

Kylie sighed and walked into her room,rubbing her temples she sat down before picking up her cell phone and calling her brother.She needed to get out and visit someone she wasn't going to fight with ,when he had agreed she went and got ready.

I looked up at the ceiling and then rolled over so that I was laying on Eli's chest.

Eli smiled softly as he opened his eyes,he ran his fingers through her hair,"Hey."

derek finished washing his car than went inside to get dressed after that he head to the beach he heard there was a party all day and maybe at night and he needed a distraction right now. he wasn't used to serious relation ships and didn't know it might change him and he wasn't going to let this happen

Kylie went and had supper with her brother before he dragged her to a party,sighing she ran her fingers through her hair as she got surrounded by him and his friends.Giving any male who dared come near her a death glare so scary that they instantly backed off.

derek reached the beach and took a beer, he started drinking and dancing

Kylie ighed as she slipped from her brother and his friends,she made it towards the bar.As she was walking she spotted Derek dancing with some redhead who was grinding on him,her jaw dropped slightly as she watched tears sprang to her eyes.

drek got bored and left the girl dancing by herself he went down the shore drinking another beer. he sat on the same rock he sat on the night h saw kylie went in the water.at the memory he threw the beer and heard it breaking

Kylie had followed him down to the beach,she stood behind him.When the bottle broke she asked,"Better now?"she whispered as her tears slid down her cheeks.;

Eli cupped her face in his hands as he kissed her.

derek looked back at her and shrugged he grabbed her hand and pulled her to him and he hugged her tightly "i' sorry baby"

Kylie buried her face in his chest,of course she was still hurt from his actions from before but it wasn't like he kissed or slept with the girl.Sighing she whispered,"I'm sorry too.."

he lifted her head and looked at her " i know i can be a jerk sometimes...but i never was in a serious relationship so you have to help me and bear with me..you know my reputation and know how i act with girls but you are different and i don't want to hurt you"

Kylie wipped her tears away and nodded,"I know.. I'll be patient with you,"she whispered.

"thank you" derek said softly in a low voice, he leaned and pecked her lips before hugging hr again

Kylie hugged him back just as she saw Sam,one of her brother's friends,he stopped infront of us breathing hard,"Your..brother..fist,,fight.. Tyler"he gasped.Her eyes went wide,"Where?!"she asked as she gripped Derek's hand and followed Sam quickly.Sure enough when they reached the parking lot her brother was ontop of her eex boyfriend,Tyler.

derek followed her and once in the parking lot he took off her brothr from the guy on the floore and tried to calm him " we don't want anyone to call the police do we? "
