Summer Heartbreak (open)

Kylie smiled at him.

!*Time skip*!

Kylie sat on her bed,the pregnancy test infront of her as she waited.She texted her friends back slowly as she bit her bottom lip nervously.

((is summer over?))

Kylie sighed as she checked the clock when five minutes was up she picked up the pregnancy test,her eyes windened as she gasped,"No!No!No!"she shakes her head and stands up,impossible... she couldn't be..pregnant.

derek got in the room and looked at her holding a prgnancy test and looking ... that look on her face actually worried me "why are you playing around with a test?"

Kylie spun around she quickly changed her expression,"It's not mine... my friend Leanne was over here ... and she forgot it here,"she quickly grabbed her car keys and jacket ,"I should go give it to her,"she quickly walked out and towards her car,once she was inside it she started to cry.She didn't know why she lied to Derek .. but she was terrfied to tell him that she pregnant and not some friend of hers.

Derek frowned he went to the living room and peeked out the window he saw her crying. he sighed and went to the car he opened the door and pulled her to him he held her tightly "we're gonna be fine i promise"

Kylie held onto him,"How?!"she asked,"these past weeks have been a roler coaster Derek! Everytime we fight you storm off to some stupid party and dance with girls!You can barley hold up a realtionship.. how are you going to raise a child!?"she asked,she had said those things out of fear,and frustration... she knew deep down she didn't mean them but she knew they couldn't go back into her mouth either.

derek backed away a bit and looked at her "do you...um..kylie do you really mean that ?" he shook his head he couldn't believe it " i never cheated on you! i left when we fought so i wouldn't get mad at you, i didn't want to hurt you by saying bullsh!t!! you know what? you're right i can't hold a relation ship even though its the first time i stay with one girl so long..." i got in the passenger seat " lets drive to the doctor"

Kylie glumped as she stood there,she couldn't believe she said those things.Of course she didn't mean them,slowly she got in then drove them to the clinic.When they were there she got out and walked in.

derek really felt hurt but he couldn't do anything about it. they were lucky the dr didn't have many appointments so they had to wait

Kylie looked down and whispered,"I didn't mean it Derek.."she frowned slightly,"I know you never cheated on me.. and I know you love me.Just .. it hurts to see you storm out of the room everytime we fight and run off to dance with some chicks and party with your guy friends,"she looked at him with tear filled eyes,"and I just lost it when you said everything was going to be fine.. when nothing is going to be fine,"Kylie moved to his lap,"but I am sorry I love you so much Derek."

Derek was still upset but she had a point " i told you when we started dating i'm not used to serious relation ship but i'm trying as hard as i can and its working just fine between us...of course i go away because as i sai before i don't want to hurt you!"

Kylie nodded,"I know,I know.."she whispered,"and I'm grateful for that.. I get it now,why you storm out but before it hurt,"she sighed,"and I know you aren't good with serious realtionships I just so upset I used that against you and I'm sorry."

derek nodded and stroke her cheek " once we get in there you have to choose weather you want to keep it or not and whatever you decide i support and respect your decision "

Kylie nodded,she already knew her choice though.When the doctor called her name she stood up with him and walked inside the room,letting the doctor do what he needed.when he was done she sighed and layed back as they waited for the test results.

Derek sat on a chair and waited along

When the doctor came back in he had a big smile on his face,"Congratz you're going to be a mommy and a daddy."Kylie sat up and forced a smile,"Thank you.."she got up,"when's my next appoinment?"she asked.He smiled,"Three months from now."She nodded then said,"Come D."

Derek got up and followed her "does that mean you want to keep it?"

Kylie nodded,"Of course I would want to keep it.. even if you didn't,"she looked down at her flat stomach and smiled,"it's still my baby no matter what happens."

Derek nodded " if that's what you want then i'll help you with it its my baby too right?"

Kylie laughed,"Of course it is!"she smiled and trew her arms around his neck,"it's our baby."

he hugged her tightly " i'm sure that we will handle the baby just great"

Kylie nodded and smiled,"I'm sure we will."

"i think ellie is going to freak out and maybe kill me though" he chuckled imagining his sister's rage

Kylie gave him a small smile,he had no clue what she was about to go through.Sighing she pulled away,"Maybe we should split up.. I-I'll go tell my parents and you tell your sister."
