Summer Heartbreak (open)

Derek got ready and went to take elli then called out for ky from the guest house door "are you ready ky?"

Kylie walked out,she had put like make up on and her hair was curled,she smiled,"Yep!"

he smiled as he saw her "you're beautiful"

Kylie blushed softly,"Thanks,"she whispered then kissed him softly before she walked out and got in the car,texting Ben the directions she waited on Derek.

they got in the car and went to the restaurant

Kylie climbed out and walked inside,she saw no one else was there except their two families.She smiled when she saw her family,walking towards them she hugged everyonge except her mother she just gave a shy hi mom before she picked up her nephew.

derek and ellie got in and they introduced themselves to her family before sitting down

Kylie sat down beside her youngest brother Leo which they were fighting quitley between each other.

they ate and drunk and then derek announced their engagement

Klyie frowned slightly at him then looked at everyone,her twon Haven squealed as everyone else congratlated them.After Kylie said her thanks she excused herself,and walked towards the bathroom.

Derek frowned he really felt like this was a bad idea she didn't seem much into it. when she came back they ordered desert and after a while they left. once in the house he said nothing he changed into his shorts and went to her bed he tucked under the covers and said nothing

Kylie sighed and went and sat outside,she felt like she was screwing everything up... maybe it was best if she moved out and just didn't get married to Derek.Frowning she walked inside and whispered,"D are you mad at me?"

Derek looked at her and sighed he shook his head "no why would i be?" he asked but then saw how hurt she seemed he pulled her to him "come here of course i'm not i just don't understand you and i have to know are you marrying me just because of the baby?"

Kylie quickly pulled away,the hurt increased ,"No!"she said,"why would you ask that?!"she cupped his face in her hands,"I love you okay? With or without a baby I love you.."

"then why aren't you happy for us? why even when i announced you went to the bathroom and cried? i could see it in your eyes and you can't imagine how hurt i was"

Kylie felt tears well up in her eyes,"I'm screwing everything up,"she stood up,"this isn't going to work.."she ran from the room and outside,getting in her car she quickly pulled out and drove to the only person she knew she could count on,Ben.Kylie got there and told him everything before they went to bed they talked.

The next morning Kylie returned home really early and went into her room,she kept herself locked up there for days .. unless she was babysitting.

Derek couldn't get to talk to her she was being...he didn't even know how to describe her. he had to leave the country for a basket ball match he tried calling her she never answered so he left her a voice mail "i wanted our life to be perfect..i wanted every second of it to be spent together but instead you run to ben. maybe you don't want to be with me...its hard on me to even think about it but i never was the guy to impose himself on anyone.i wish you a good life and i'll help you with the baby." he threw away his phone leaving it in the guest house and left

Kylie had listened to the message as she cried her eyes out,that night her girl friend's dragged her out to a club to have girl time.They danced but she didn't drink,on her way to her car she didn't notice a drunk Ty;er walking toward her till he was pressed to her.Covering her mouth with one hand and holding her hands with the other he started to grind on her and whisper nasty things to her,she started to sob as she tried to wiggle from his grip,biting his one hand he dropped it and she cried out for help.She cried out the one name that came to mind,"Derek!!"even though she knew he was no where near her she still sobbed his name between ,"Tyler stop!"

Derek lost all his games and it was due to the fact that she dumped him he still didn't get it "just forget about her" he heard his friend say he shrugged and they went to a bar to get drunk

Kylie sobbed as she felt his one hand start to grope her,her throat started to hurt but the words kept pouring out of her mouth like a chant,"Tyler stop! Derek!Tyler stop it! Derek!"over and over she cried it out.

i heard a girl call my friend's name derek but he wasn't here i followed the voice and saw a guy all over the girl she was crying i rushed at him and pushed him away i recognized the girl it was derek's fiance. when the guy got up again i noticed how drunk he was i hit him in the face sending him to sleep i turned my attention to the girl "kylie are you okay?" ~brian

Kylie looked at the man,she reagonized him as one of Derek's friends.Shaking her head she threw herself in his arms,sobbing loudly she closed her eyes and whispered,"C-can you t-t-take me h-home?"

he wrapped his arms around her and nodded "sure" he lead her to his car and opened the door he helped her in and went to the driver seat he drove her there he helped her out and into the house "do you need me to get you something or do something?"

Kylie shook her head,"J-just stay t-the n-night please?"she whispered,"on the couch?"she looked at him not wanting to be here alone.

brian nodded and got in with her he laid on the couch and turned the tv but then he got up "i'll be right back i'm gonna make a call" he said and went to his car so she wouldn't hear him he called derek and told him everything
