Summer Heartbreak (open)

Kylie nodded,"Yeah,"she sighed,"alrighty I should go call my family.. uhmm.. so what time and day do you want them to be at the resturant?"

"tonight..and just tell them the time that suits you"

"Okay,"Kylie smiled and stood up,she dialed the house number,"Hey kiddo is dad or mom around?"she asked as soon as her 16 year old brother,Leo answered the phone.When she got through she talked to her mom about dinner plans before hanging up.

"now we have ellie..i'll let you deal with her"

"Alright,"Kylie said before she walked into her room,she started to text Ben as she went and ran a bath.

"is that a bath running? want me to join you babe?"

Kylie smiled as she put her phone away,"Please?"she said as she began to slowly strip.

derek smirked and went to the bathroom he stripped out of his clothes and joined her in the big bath tub

Kylie smiled as she leaned back into Derek's chest,sighing softly she whispered,"Can I invite Ben over to the dinner too?"she looked at him and bit her lip,"Haven really wants to see him .."she trailed off.

Derek was stroking her hair and kissing her neck but stopped at the mention of ben "um...sure"

Kylie smiled and bit her lip,"Why don't you like him?"she asked softly as she straddled his lap.

he looked at her in the eyes and smiled " jealousy maybe? every time you say his name i remember how you ditched me to go skinny dipping with him"

Kylie sighed,"I said I was sorry then tried to make it up to you.. plus I think we're even now after you grinded with that girl."

"i wasn't on a date with you..and i didn't see her naked and neither she did"

A flash of hurt crossed Kylie's face but before she could reply her phone rang,she stood up and wrapped a towel around her before answering it,"Hey mom.."she said as she walked out,she held back the hurt in her voice as she talked to her mother.

he stayed in the tub waiting for her even though he saw how her features changed but he said nothing wrong so why was she upset now?

Kylie sighed when she set her phone down she went and got back in the tub.

"are you okay?"

Kylie smiled,"Yeah."

"why did you seem hurt earlier?"

Kylie shook her head,"It doesn't matter we're not going to ruin a good evening.."she said softly.

he looked at her and shook his head " i need to know"

"Not now Derek.. please.."Kylie begged.

derek sighed and got out of the tub " okay..as you wish" he took a towel and wrapped around his waist walking out

Kylie sighed and got out as well,she grabbed a towel and wrapped it around herself before she went and got ready for dinner.When she was ready she looked in the mirror and frowned,before she changed into shorts and a nice tank top,she couldn't dress up in a dress and throw lipstick on just to try and impress her mother and his parents.Thye had to like her for who she was,and she was Kylie,the wild 19 year old girl.
